Spacious villa with beautiful views
We had a great time at Eric’s Villa. The villa is very spacious and has beautiful views which can be enjoyed especially from the infinity pool.
On arrival Eric met us to show us around the villa and give us the keys. Eric is very helpful and always quick to reply to emails.
There are four double bedrooms upstairs, one with en-suite shower room. On this floor is also a kitchen which has a large balcony, lounge/dining room, bathroom and separate toilet.
There is air-conditioning in the lounge/dining room although this was not working at the time we stayed, it needed servicing. Air-conditioning was not needed in the bedrooms if the windows and shutters were closed during the day.
Downstairs is a fifth bedroom which can sleep up to five people, one double bed and a bunk bed with double underneath and single above. This bedroom is air-conditioned.
The main room downstairs has another kitchen, a cinema area with seating for 4/5 and a games area, which has a pool table and electronic darts.
In the garage there is table tennis and table top football. The washing machine and tumble drier are also situated in the garage.
Outside of the downstairs kitchen is a decked dining area with BBQ and pizza oven.
There were some minor issues that could do with addressing: there were some tiles around the pool that needed levelling up, the decking area has some wood that needs replacing and the driveway is very uneven.
Whilst I probably would not recommend this for families with very young children this was a great place for our teenagers and we had a very relaxing time with plenty to keep them entertained.

Parfait. Location d'un week end pour un rassemblement familial.
Villa spacieuse, propre et bien agencée. Literie impeccable. Cuisine complète avec de nombreux appareils ménagers en état de marche. Piscine en eau claire, cadre calme et agréable. Nombreux jeux à disposition, cadeau d'accueil apprécié. Proche de commerçants bien achalandés et disponibles. Notice à disposition pour visiter les villes touristiques proches et les numéros de téléphone d'urgence. Restera un souvenir heureux.

Une maison de rêve !
La maison d'Eric a largement dépassé nos attentes, en particulier au niveau des loisirs (cinéma extra et nombreux jeux présents).
La piscine et la vue sont splendides, les terrasses bien ombragées et l'accueil très agréable (merci pour le cadeau!).
Les environs offrent de nombreuses possibilités de visites entre plusieurs incontournables: Cévennes, grottes, gorges de l'Ardèche et Pont du Gard. Les principaux commerces sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Excellent week-end
Grands parents, parents et petits enfants avons passé un week-end exeotionnel.
Petits et grands ont apprécié: la belle maison, bien située, bien équipée, les terrasses, la salle de jeux, la salle de projection et le grand terrain.
A renouveler.

Grande et belle villa et belle région!
Très bien accueillis par Eric, nous avons passé un excellent we de Pâques dans cette villa vaste et bien équipée! Nous avons séjourné à 10 (dont 2 enfants) sans se gêner les uns, les autres grâce aux 3 salles de bains. La salle de jeux a fait le bonheur des enfants ainsi que la table de ping-pong et le grand terrain où courir... (et faire la chasse aux œufs de Pâques!) Pas assez de temps pour tester le barbecue, dommage mais les deux terrasses ont été appréciées...Et comme la région comprend beaucoup de sites touristiques, très proches ou un peu plus éloignés, le dilemme a été de jongler entre les activités à la maison et le tourisme! Il nous faudrait revenir plus longuement en été, pour profiter cette fois de la piscine et compléter nos visites...

Parfait!
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette grande villa aux prestations de qualité. La piscine est superbe, tout comme la vue. Nous avons adoré la salle de cinéma, le billard et les autres jeux. Situation idéale pour découvrir cette magnifique région.

Excellent
Très belle Villa, parfaite pour une famille nombreuse et des enfants en bas age. Les équipements sont neufs, la villa est en très bon état. L'environnement est très calme, et toutes les commodités sont à proximité.
