Situé à 10 minutes en bus (gratuit l'été) du centre ville d'Annecy et à 5 minutes à pieds de toutes les commodités du centre de Seynod (boulangeries, carrefour market, pharmacies, ...).
Cet appartement vous permettra de vous reposer après avoir visité la vielle ville d'Annecy ou profité du lac.
L'accès à l'autoroute direction Genève ou Chambéry est à 5 minutes.
Les enfants sont les bienvenus, mais nous n'avons pas de matériel pour les petits (lit parapluie, chaise haute, ...).
Les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournies. Seuls les draps et couettes sont fournis.

Nous vous accueillons Charline ou moi-même pour l'arrivée.
Le départ se fait en autonomie, nous vous laissons cependant retirer le linge de lit avant votre départ.
L'immeuble étant très calme, nous vous demandons de respecter le calme dans les parties communes ainsi que dans l'appartement et d'autant plus entre 21h et 07h.
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.
Il est interdit de fumer (même électronique) à l'intérieur du logement (fumer sur le balcon reste autorisé).
