This rental property is a spacious ground floor apartment in a quiet location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the local coastline. It's just a five minute drive to Oliva town and the village of La Font d'en Carros, and fifteen minutes to the larger town of Gandia. This area boasts a number of beautiful golden beaches, many of which have been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag. The property benefits from having a private swimming pool. There is a completely secure fenced garden and an outside kitchen & Barbecue area.
Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and in the large living area, there are two other small beds available on request. There is a walk in shower room, and modern kitchen diner.

About the neighbourhood
The views are breath taking from this property. The garden area is very comfortable, and it's very easy to spend the day relaxing and sunbathing without going anywhere! There is plenty to do in the area. There is a wide range of restaurants and bars in both Oliva and Gandia, from simple cafes to Michelin star. Shopping in both towns is good, including a huge traditional street market on Friday in Oliva and Saturday in Gandia.
The area is famous for walking and cycling. The Pego-Oliva natural park marsh is nearby, and the Alcoy-Gandia track offers excellent routes for walkers and cyclists. There is the 'Palau Ducal Dels Borja', and the 'Museo de Faller' both in Gandia.
In a 20 minute drive is the Oliva Nova Golf and Equestrian Centre.
A car or is essential to get to the property, however public transport is good, including frequent trains from Gandia to Valencia (55 mins). Regular buses are also available to the surrounding towns and airports.
Gandia also has a bicycle sharing system in operation around the town and beach.

The Motorway AP7/E15 Autopista Mediterraneo, links both Alicante and Valencia airports. Exit the motorway at junction 61. Turn right onto the N332 signposted Oliva. After approximately 800 metres turn right at the traffic lights signposted La Font d'En Carros.
Go under the motorway bridge and immediately turn left into Panorama One. Climb the mountain to the very top. You will see billboards on the way indicating where the numbers of the properties are situated.
