The Garden of Eden is a 5 star beach front resort with uninterrupted sea views towards the historical town of Nessebur. It is a 10 minute stroll to the village of St Vlas and the newly built marina.

This luxurious apartment is on the ground floor, set in beautiful landscaped garden and is in the centre of the resort. Facilities include 6 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pools, tennis, water sports, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. There is a children's playground and also a kids club suitable for young children and the dedicated animation team organise activities suitable for older children and adults such as water polo and rifle shooting.

The cost for this is E55 and must be paid for on arrival at the hotel reception. The cleaning team offer a variety of cleaning options and details of these can be found at the hotel reception. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the letting date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the letting date, 100% is payable to confirm the reservation. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP only.

The Garden of Eden provides an excellent base for your holiday as it is in a very tranquil location yet is only a 10 minute stroll to St Vlas village and a 10 minute bus ride from the busy town of Sunny Beach.

There are 3 restaurants on site - an Italian located next to the Roman pool, a fish restaurant on the beach and for fine dining 'El Paridiso' is in the hotel. 'Noah's Piano Bar' is open at the weekend and each week night there is a 'Happy Hour' at 1 of the bars.

There is a well stocked supermarket on site.

Many excursions and activities are available to guests at Garden of Eden. These include sight seeing trips to places like Varna, Bourgas and Istanbul. Boats trips, Jeep safaris and paintball trips are also available. A variety of water sports...

The Garden of Eden is located on the edge of St Vlas which is 5 km from the main holiday resort of Sunny Beach.

Bourgas is the nearest airport and is 25 km away which is approximately a 30 minutes drive while Varna airport is around a 90 minute drive. Hotel transfers to and from the resort to both airports can be arranged. It is also possible to arrange either a hire car or book a taxi.

There are direct flights to both Bourgas and Varna airports from many UK airports including Belfast, Birmingham, Durham, East Midlands, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle and Stanstead. There are also direct flights from Dublin.
