This is a modern, apartment conveniently located just back from the sea front block, with the resort beach being only a 1-2 minute walk away and accessible by stairs or panoramic view lift. The apartment is on the top (2nd) floor, with stair access only and offers good sea views, overlooking 2 of the resorts 6 outside pools via private balconies to the front and rear.

The interior has been upgraded to include a tiled floor finish in the hall and living/dining/kitchen area, giving a fresh clean finish and is well decorated and furnished trough-out.

We have rented this same apartment for the last 4 years from the owners and it really is home from home. The apartment is kept to a very high standard.

We are a family of four with two 40 something adults and now two aging teenagers who have spent 4 weeks of their summers each year of the last 7 growing up at the Garden of Eden. When on holiday in my younger years I was always wondered why people keep going back to the same holiday destination.........until we found the Garden of Eden. When the children were young, safety was of the utmost importance....This complex and the area of St Vlas put us as parents totally at ease.

It comfortably sleeps a family of four with a double en-suite room for the parents and a twin room for the kids. The 2nd bathroom means the kids have their own bathroom which can be essential with two teenage daughters! Everything you need in this apartment is there from an iron to a hair dryer. There is a pull out sofa in the main living area...

About the neighbourhood
The 5-star Garden of Eden resort lies on the South shore of St Vlas, with its own beach and extensive on-site facilities, including water sports, 6 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, tennis courts, bar, nightclub, gym and 3 top class restaurants (Italian, European and sea front fish restaurant).

The resort also includes an on-site supermarket and 24-hour medical facilities (during the summer season) and local resort and area travel facilities to assist in.
Getting around
The resort is a leisurely stroll (15-20 mins) from the local village of St Vlas which has a variety of shops and a range of local restaurants and is a short walk from the nearby modern Marina with its lively nightlife, boutique shops and varied and first class restaurants.

The popular and well established area of Sunny beach offers a wide variety of daytime beach and night-time activities and is easily accessible by local transport of taxi's. In addition there are nearby water parks and other popular local attractions.

How to get there
The Garden of Eden Resort is situated in St.Vlas, just to the North of Sunny Beech, on a beautiful stretch of South facing coastline and is approximately 30 minutes from Bougas Airport and and about 90 minutes from Varna airport.

Both Bulgarian airports are served by numerous low-cost airlines from various UK and European airports, including Wizzair (flying from London Luton airpor), Bulgaria air, Easyjet, Aerlingus, BMI etc, with other chartered airlines also operating during the Summer.

Transfers from / to the airport can be arranged direct through the Garden of Eden resort at the following rates(2009):
Bourgas airport - €25 for up to 3 people and €6 for each additional person.
Varna airport - €42 for up to 3 people and €6 for each additional person.
