The property is located in the small village of Caumont sur Durance, just 15km east of Avignon, at the foot of the beautiful Luberon mountains. It is a typical little Provencal village with narrow streets and historic church surrounded by undulating hills dotted with olive groves. These are just a few examples of the numerous places to visit in the area. Holidaymakers who have stayed at the villa for one week have often commented that one week is not enough and that they would come back and stay longer as there is so much to do in the area…and they did! There is easy access to the motorway located a few minutes away allowing you to discover other towns in the area such as the Roman city of Orange to the north and Aix en Provence to the south, all accessible within an hour’s drive. Property size: 180m² LIVING AREA Living area with two two-seater sofas and two armchairs, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Dining area with table and six chairs. KITCHEN Brand new kitchen with table and four chairs opening onto dining area. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. French door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, American fridge, second dishwasher, iron and ironing board. BEDROOMS Ground floor Bedroom 1: Double bedroom (140cm). French windows leading to covered terrace. Bedroom 2: Double bedroom (140cm). First floor Bedroom 3: Double bedroom (140cm), sloping roof. Bedroom 4: Double bedroom and sitting area with TV, desk, corner sofa, armchair and coffee table. Exterior access (terrace level): Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom with French windows (view of garden and pool) and shower corner and separate wc. Two cots (linen supplied) and one highchair available. Please request at time of booking. BATHROOMS Ground floor: Bath, separate walk-in shower (suitable for wheelchair user) and wc. First floor: Bath, separate shower and wc.
