The penthouse also comes complete with a couple of sunbeds making ideal for an all year round tanning holiday. Furthermore the property comes complete with 2 bedrooms, both with 2 double beds . The property comes complete with one full family bathroom with shower cubicle. Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

About the neighbourhood
The neighborhood is very central, the apartment is close to all amenities. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the seafront promenade having a fantastic central location for shopping, is at walking distance from lovely rocky beaches and lido's along the seafront. The nightlife is predominant in Paceville and all along the seafront promenade which boasts plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a large variety of restaurants catering for every taste.
Getting around
The apartment is in a very safe and sought after area, ideal for any kind of traveller. All amenities are found round the corner, grocer, pharmacy, and cafes. 10 minutes walk away, you are in the centre of Malta's shopping district. It is an area extremely well served with public transport.
