This a one bedroom cottage situated in the seaside village of Rottingdean, a few miles along the coast from the city of Brighton. The cottage was build in 1712. There is a frequent bus service to both Brighton there is an undercliff walk to the Brighton Marina.

The accommodation sleeps 2-4 people, with a sofa bed, which sleeps two adult or two children. The house has exposed beams, a large inglenook fireplace, woodturning stove, gas central heating, sitting room with 2 x sofas , TV, DVD/Blu Ray, Computer, Wi-Fi available, Home Cinema. SKY TV. The double bedroom has an en-suite wet room with toilet and hand basin and wet room with underfloor heating.

There is a small outside area with table and chairs at the rear of the property and safe dry storage for bikes.

This is the second time my daughter and I stayed at the cottage. Rottingdean is a beautiful place to stay and the cottage was perfect for us. It is very cosy and welcoming.

Right near the beach,and very regular bus service. Right opposite a lovely deli/ bread shop,that does super bacon rolls from 7.30 am- and picnic baskets! Comfy double bed and pullout sofa bed (in case of extra guests) Perfect for walking the South Downs way.

The cottage is very picturesque and dates from c. 1712. It is situated right in the hear of Rottingdean, so a lot of traffic in front of the house, including doubledeckers - still, it is the traffice of a village, not a big town. Lovely tiny backside terrace with ivy and flowers for your breakfast. But beware of those low...
