This home is a one bedroom self-contained apartment in Camberwell set in the beautiful, leafy and quiet heritage estate. It is close to all public transport.
This is a very quiet apartment adjoining the main house where the owners live. The unit has its own entry which has a flight of stairs going to the door.
The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a separate lounge room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher. It also has a private courtyard.
All furnishings are new and comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer and large wardrobe with lots of hanging space.
Linen and towels are provided.
Tea and coffee and milk are provided.
There are reverse cycle air conditioners in both the lounge and bedroom along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
