The lounge area is a sociable space that boasts comfortable sofas sat in front of a Smart TV and warming wood burner,and the kitchen itself is also brilliantly appointed and well-equipped which boasts an electric oven and gas hob,microwave,fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From here then venture into a further seating area,the cosy snug which also offers a Smart TV and open-fire. Located just off this there is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer,meaning that it is possible to keep everyone looking ship shape while enjoying your coastal escape! Heading up the middle staircase and onto the first floor,you will then discover the first of the pretty bedrooms,all of which boast fabulous countryside views. The furthest away is the stunning super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath,separate shower and WC,and here it is possible to lounge in the bath whilst gazing across the fields. A delightful king-size bedroom and then a twin bedroom sits next to this,and these rooms are serviced by a bathroom with bath and WC,and a further separate WC,located at the top of another short flight of steps. The far end of the property offers all the comforts and facilities of a separate cottage,meaning that anyone looking for some space and quiet has somewhere to relax. Here you will find a further light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with a sofa bed,that can be used to accommodate two additional guests,Smart TV and an open-fire to enjoy. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and gas hob,microwave,fridge and dishwasher. A separate set of stairs then leads to a delightful double bedroom and a lovely bathroom with hand-held shower on roll-top bath and WC. Venturing outside,you can explore the stunning third of an acre enclosed tiered garden with sloping lawn terraces. There is also a great sun-trap patio area located directly outside the dining room and this boasts garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Excellent location for walks and beaches. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with 2 log burners. Well equipped in every way. Great garden for our 4 grandsons to explore. Property on a steep hill but with off road parking. Lovely cottage well worth a visit!
