Another Great Stay at Red Bay Getaway!!!
Second time visiting Red Bay Getaway and it was another amazing holiday! We really enjoy the area as it is quiet and family friendly, also love that we are able to bring our dog with us. It was exciting to see all the updates since the recent renovations. One thing we love is the private bunkie that is now attached to the main house it’s like a whole separate house and it’s totally awesome!
Jason is an amazing host and checked in via email to make sure all was good when we arrived.
The view from the living room, dining room and deck are picture perfect and the sunsets are incredible! What a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Thanks for another memorable family vacation!

Peaceful, Perfect Getaway
Beautiful cottage on the water in Red Bay. Perfect for sunsets and relaxing. No details missed in this newly renovated cottage. Lots of room inside and out. The Beach is just steps away. I brought my kayak and floated while the sun went down absolutely stunning. Shallow, sandy beach! Cottage is very well equipped. Beautiful full kitchen. Comfortable beds. Lots of space for lounging in the evenings or rainy days. Excellent patio and porch for relaxing, I truly hope I get a chance to go back. Thank you Jason for the quick replies to all of my questions I can tell you take great pride in your place and it shows! Also the quiet, quaint little towns in the area were so nice to visit. Hiking, beaches etc are so close by

Great Little Place to Get Away
This is a nice little place to get away from everything. With a National Park, small towns and beaches nearby, it has everything you need. Cozy little place to just relax and have fun! The lake view is great, but don't expect to use its beach. 4/5 due to the power going out the entire day for one of the 3 days we were there, but was due to high winds and not the cottage itself. Overall a great experience.

Amazing Cottage and View
RedBay Getaway is fabulous!! What a great view of the lake in a nice quiet area. Jason has taken great care to leave detailed instructions and helpful hints that we found really helpful.
The cottage is gorgeous with lots of windows and views of the waterfront that are just spectacular.
Very clean and well taken care of on a nice lot.
The private sandy beach was really nice for our small children and the bunkie was a really neat addition to the main cottage.
We will definitely be back!

Spectacular!!!
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the stay at RedBayGetaway was. Truly a wonderful and relaxing stay so peaceful and perfect for the cottage life experience. The cottage offered everything that you would need and so much more. The view it self is worth everything. Jason made sure our arrival was perfect, such a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much again for renting us your beautiful cottage! Hope yo see you again next year!

Amazing Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a short getaway from our busy lives over the holidays and came across this cottage booking. We booked it not knowing what to expect and it surpassed all of our expectations. The location was beautiful and the cottage was well equipped and very clean. We look forward to booking it again in the future. We have already recommended it to our friends and family.

Bonding weekend
My coworkers and I stayed at Red Bay Getaway this past weekend to enjoy a more social, bonding experience. We had an amazing time! The cottage is absolutely wonderful!
It is so well appointed, everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and even dish soap and cleaning supplies. The living-room has one of the most beautiful gas fireplaces I've ever seen as well as a big t.v. The windows that surround the dining area and sun-room provide for wonderful views. The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was so nice that pillows and extra blankets were available. The outdoor area was just as beautiful, right by the water with plenty of seating areas to enjoy a nice fire or to just sit within the beautiful trees. I actually laid on the deck at night and stared in awe at the display of stars for about 15-20 minutes!
I highly recommend this rental cottage, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful, peaceful, fun getaway!
From my home in Tasmania I searched for the perfect place to take my son and his Canadian partner and daughter for a special family holiday together. Red Bay Getaway was perfect! The location right on the water with nearby parks, jetty and a play area for my granddaughter was just what we wanted. The sunsets were just gorgeous as we sat on the waterfront in our Adirondack chairs, or in the comfy chairs on the back deck with a glass of red and soaked it all in. The cottage is large ( to me larger than the pictures indicate) and accommodated all of us easily and happily. My biggest issue was which of the many lovely seating areas I needed to move to maximise the sun and my ultimate comfort...what bliss. On cold days, we played board games and relaxed by the warm gas fireplace. I'm now planning my next holiday and certainly hope to return for another peaceful, fun and meditative holiday at Red Bay Getaway. Thanks so much, Jason. Your responses have been immediate and really helpful. Looking forward to next time!

Location is superb.
Red Bay Getaway is a great cottage for a vacation. Right on the lake. The sunsets are amazing. Perfect location for site seeing or just relaxing.

About the neighbourhood
We are in a small village called Red Bay. While there is a private beach area in front of the house, there is a public beach about 100 meters down the road and can get about 100 people there on weekends if the weather is nice. Otherwise, the road is quiet and perfect for evening strolls and picturesque sunsets. It is the type of place where the neighbours will say hello as they walk past. There is parking on the property itself and a village convenience store with movie rentals and snacks about 500 meters away.
