The Milk House is a beautifully refurbished old dairy with wonderful views over our farmland and wood. It is within a few minutes of Erlestoke woods, the Salisbury Plain & the Erlestoke 18 hole Golf Club. Stonehenge, Bath, Salisbury & Marlborough are all within 30 minutes. There are two double bedrooms (all king size beds), one with an effectively ensuite bathroom, a twin room and a single bedroom with a toilet and basin in the next room. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a beautiful antique roll top bath which the two upstairs bedrooms share. We have furnished it with antique prints, furniture and old photographs of our historic dairy. Made extremely welcome from the beginning by Rebecca. Everything as advertised and previous reviews gave an accurate picture. Very comfortable beds and good quality furnishings; kitchen had all that was needed to prepare lovely meals for the three generations; grandchildren loved the garden and the adjacent fields - as did our daughter's Labrador. Didn't need to travel far as we were happy to be all together as a family with the bonus of our Wiltshire...

Our retinue comprised my wife and I, our two daughters and their husbands and our granddaughter. The downstairs bedroom was near enough to the "nursery" bedroom for our daughter to keep an ear out for our granddaughter. The nursery was far enough away from the kitchen and living room that the granddaughter was not disturbed by the clinking of glasses or the laughter from the games.
