Granary Cottage is a cosy one bedroom cottage with loads of character set in quiet rural location with easy access to the beautiful Royal Forest of Dean. The beamed sitting room has an original fireplace with electric woodburning stove, oak dining table, comfy seating area with flat screen television and DVD. There is a separate quarry tiled kitchen with fully fitted pine units, electric oven and hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has a large luxury shower with power shower. In the bedroom there is a double and single bed which makes it ideal for couples, friends travelling together or families. Outside is a private enclosed garden with table, chairs and bbq and there is parking next to the cottage. Bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and wifi included.

The Royal Forest of Dean is excellent for walking, mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, canoeing. Cheltenham Race Course within easy driving distance - ideally placed for Cheltenham Gold Cup. Good location to see Severn Bore.

A car is desirable but the bus to Gloucester stops at the end of the lane every hour with train and national bus links

From the A48 Gloucester to Chepstow Road take the A4151 to Cinderford. Continue for 3/4 mile, turn right into Elton Lane. Keep to the left side of the lane (don’t take the right turn) and you will see Upper Hall after approximately 200 meters. Continue past the gate and take the next left turning signposted Apple Barn and Polly’s Barn. Keep left under the cherry tree and Granary Cottage and your parking is on your left.
