The Living Area is stunning with an atrium effect that lets the sunlight pour into this beautiful home. Positioned to the rear of the house with views to the pool area it is also ideal for anybody with children as you can still keep watch over them from the lounge area.
There is a 2nd Family Room situated upstairs and includes a very large projector screen with DVD player which is a real bonus when you find a sporting event clashes with a great movie. It is also a great place for keeping the children happy watching their much loved fun films.
The Kitchen is very stylish and the high end quality shows in the granite worktops, designer tiles and kitchen appliances. It is fully equipped to cater for all your needs and with the comfortable seating around the breakfast bar it means you can chat with your guests while preparing a meal.
The Games Room is another addition to the home as it offers some light relief for the more competitive members of the group and not just the children. There is a pool table and Air Hockey plus a seating area for those who want to cheer on the competitors.
The Outside has a beautiful L shaped pool deck and spa that just shouts ‘pamper’. With the addition of sun loungers you can enjoy the Florida rays relaxing with a book while the children play in the pool. There is a covered lanai with a table and chairs which is ideal for alfresco dining or even a cool drink at the end of a busy day.
The Bedrooms continue the luxurious theme that is evident in every aspect of this lovely home. All the bedrooms without exception are comfortable and all offer that little haven for you to retreat to at the end of a busy day.
The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) Queen Bedroom with Queen Bed and television that is beautifully decorated. There is a bathroom next door that consists of a separate shower and a single basin unit.
Bedroom 2 – (downstairs) King Suite that has a luxury King Size bed, television and Ensuite facilities of a bath and separate shower and a double basin unit.
Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) King Suite with stunning décor, a King Bed with a television for you to enjoy. There are Ensuite facilities of bath with separate shower and a double basin unit.
Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) has Bunk beds with the lower bunk being full size with a single on top. This is a great room for siblings, cousins or family friends to share if they are travelling in the group.
Bedroom 5 (upstairs) is a Twin bedroom with an elegant décor and a television. There is a bathroom next door that includes a bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

An excellent base to make the most out of what Florida has to offer. All that we needed was close to hand and we really enjoyed our 2 weeks.

What a fabulous birthday!
It's a number of years since we stayed in this area as my family have grown up. However we all agreed that as it was a special birthday we all wanted to return to Florida to have some fun in the theme parks.
I can honestly say we were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and the service we received from Orlando Holiday Rental Homes. The location was perfect and within easy travel to all the main attractions. We also had a day at Clearwater Beach which was also easily accessible.
The villa was first class and a real home from home with everything you need to have a great stay. It was very tastefully decorated as well.
There were 6 adults aged from 30 to 60 as well as our 5 month old grandson and everyone agreed the accommodation met our needs perfectly. We all agreed we would return without hesitation.
We paid extra to heat the pool as we were unsure about the temperature at this time of year. This was a great decision as we often ended up in the pool late in the evening after a bust day out, It was a great way to end the day.
I would definitely recommend this property for families looking to make the most of their stay in Florida. Excellent comfort in a great location.

Date Stayed – 23rd Dec 2018
Very clean when we arrived and spacious enough for 10 of us.
Loved the square table which comfortably fitted us all around for dinner this year.
Didn’t use the pool at the house as much as previous trips as the kids loved the clubhouse which has a cinema room and a great bar area which got reasonably busy a few nights during the trip.
All in all a great home on a great resort.
We will be back.

Holiday Home Review
What an absolutely fabulous place to spend our vacation. I cant recommend Champions Gate Resort enough.
The home is only a short walk to the clubhouse and comfortably catered for all 9 of us in the party.
Have only evert stayed on 192 in Kissimmee before but after this trip cant see us going back that way at all.
We loved the amenities at the Oasis Club and this really topped it for us.
Sue from management and Sue from rentals (there’s 2 of them LOL) did an excellent job answering any query we had and dealing with the minor issues that arose in a quick and efficient manner.
I was concerned Champions Gate Resort wasn’t as close to the parks as Highway 192 but we were on I4 in no time and it was just as quick to get to Disney and Universal as it was when we stayed on 192.
Would highly recommend the home, the resort and the team looking after the property.

beyond our expectations
Stayed 18th August to 25th August 2017
We stayed at this home in Champions Gate in August 2017. There are so many good things to say about this home and development. The Clubhouse with Pool and Lazy River was a real bonus. The kids enjoyed splashing about in the pool making new friends whilst the adults enjoyed sipping on a cold bear from the bar. It’s a beautiful resort very well maintained and the villa is to a very high standard, very modern and clean with a private pool. We loved the fact it was so close to Disney. We enjoyed eating at Miller’s Ale house and Red Robin at the entrance to Champions Gate. We especially enjoyed the resort/communal feel to this development and we all agreed this was the best holiday rental we have had in Orlando. This home is top of our list for a return visit.
i have recommended this villa to all of my friends and family.

Great family Thanksgiving time
Our family loved this pool home. It was definitely worth the extra to get the pool heated. The Little’s were in the water by 9:00 a.m. we all joined on some of our days there. The Oasis with its 3 pools and hot tub was also grand. Their staff are very attentive and welcoming.
The home was new and clean but there was construction debris and noise from the workers. The builders are building the area up very quickly so be prepared for this and traffic interruption.
We were able to get to Disney and Universal in about half hour so location is great.
Thank you to the owners who are excited to have recently built it.

Holiday
From the moment we entered into the house and did our own tour, we fell in love with it. Extremely spacious and clean, ther was more than enough for us. Two adults and four kids, we had decided to go for Space, and this vacation home gave us just that. It's an amazing area the Championsgate and we also got to test out the Golf Course which was very nice. This home was very convenient to go the the Disney Parks every day with the car rental. But it was a bit to far to go everyday to the malls and shopping areas. This was the only downside of this home. But we would book this home again. It was indeed a home away from home.
