Nice and big place to stay with Imperfections
This vacation home was really big and spacious with plenty of room for the 12 of us. We really enjoyed ourselves and Dustin/Shirley were really nice and very responsive..... However, there were some imperfections and Cons with this location. We did run across a few roaches and noticed certain things around the house that did not work. For example, there were some wall outlets not functioning, the trash can lid didn't work great and there were some remotes missing or not working for certain tvs. Other than that, we still had a great time at Disney and the 3 nights we stayed.

Perfect Home for large family or group!
There are a few components I would like to address in regards to my review.
First, and foremost, the home itself is a beautiful property, seemingly well maintained, and great for a large group. The bedrooms were rather large and we were able to accommodate our group of 19, to include 10 children, with enough space to entertain all without being on top of each other. Enough cookware, dishes, gadgets and utensils for the allotted guests. The pool deck is nice and has a half bath out there as well! The only upgrade/suggestions I would make is maybe invest in detachable shower heads as the ones they have are like sandpaper when the water comes out. Also get a new property manager.
That being said, we started our 10 day vacation arriving on July 18th to find the home had been struck by lightening, leaving a ft by ft hole in the roof above the primary upstairs bathroom. Upon arrival we inspected the house to document anything that may have been a previous issue. When entering this bathroom there was hole in the ceiling with debris all on the floor and counter tops. In addition the light fixture in the bathroom was falling out of the wall with char marks around it and there was a "burning smell" in that room. We called the property manager, Dalia, who was a nightmare to deal with, to inform her there was a hole in the bathroom roof and of the falling light fixture, as well as the burning smell. She advised us she would try and contact maintenance to come and inspect the property and address the issue, the only info she could give is that were somewhere in Orlando. After about 30 mins we called her back and yet again she said she was unsure when maintenance would be able to come out. Being a parent in a a house with 10 children, due to the burning smell growing stronger we made a call to the local Fire Dept. who had us evacuate the home to inspect it. They were the ones to inform us of the hole in roof, appearing to have likely been from the a lighting strike earlier that afternoon. They cleared us to re enter the home and advised to just leave the breaker off for that room to prevent further issues. At this point we called Dalia back, and she proceeded to berate us for calling the Fire Dept. The Fire Cheif had to take the phone and tell her we did the right thing by calling and advised her of their findings as well. She was advised the roof would need to be patched ASAP otherwise there would be a lot of water damage. She proceeded to tell us yet again she was going to try and get maintenance over right away (it's been over 1 hour at this point from the first time we called her). Maintenance finally arrives to explain he is her Son and will check out the bathroom and see what they can do and proceeded to say it was weird because they had just cleaned the house earlier that morning, almost as if to blame us and they didn't believe the roof had been damaged. After checking, they determined they would need someone else to come out and patch the roof. At this point we noticed the internet and cable was also not working. Having a former TWC technician in our party, we concluded they boxes were likely fried from the lightning strike. When speaking with Dalia about this issues as well (as it's included in what we pay for with the rental) we had to explain to her several times we needed someone from TWC to come out and check on this issue. She contacted a few companies in regards to the roof issue and told us she couldn't get anyone out there that night to patch it. We then had to contact the owner Dustin, who let me be clear, is amazing. Dustin and Shirley did and will go above and beyond to make their renters happy. Dustin was clueless to any of this (at least 2-3 hrs after we had spoken with Dalia about it), he was shocked to find out there was a hole in his roof, as well as the other issues we were having. Within an hour he had someone out to at least patch the roof but we were unable to use that bathroom the remainder of our 10 day trip as they needed to get an electrician out. The following day they were able to have TWC cable come and service those issues at which time they found that in fact the cable boxes had been fried. in addition to the cable boxes 2 TVs and 3 Roku boxes were also fried.
I was saddened that we had to bother the owner directly as much as we did because the property manager is horrible. She was condescending and rude and every chance she got she blamed us. We had additional issues with her later that week regarding trash pickup as ours was not. She blamed us and tried to say we lied when we certainly did not. She first said that her maintenance told her they put it on the curb, they didn't, we did. Then she said she had video that we never put the can out, then it was you put the can out but didn't leave it long enough, she ended the trash saga by yet again stating we were lying and she had video proof. I asked for the video of the days in question 3 times and they were never provided. Four days before check out our code to enter the home stopped working we called to let Dalia know and advised we wanted to leave for the day so we needed it reset. We asked why it stopped working, to which she replied, "I don't know what you did to it, so i don't know." Once again blaming us, instead of trying to fix the issue.
After all was said and done Dustin, the owner, went above and beyond to help us and rectify the situation. An act of God neither he or we could control unfortunately put a damper on our vacation. With new property management I would rent from Dustin & Shirley again. This home once he's able to fix everything the lighting damaged will be amazing once again!

Perfect for large groups
This house was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a group of 16 persons and we enjoyed staying here and did not want to leave. We never felt as though we were being trampled over as the house was big enough to accommodate our large group. We are definitely thinking about booking this house again next year.

Our family had a good time at the house. The management was very nice and helpful. We loved the pool. I would definitely like to rent the house again for another family vacation

Very clean and updated home!
We had a group of 19 stay in the house and it worked out perfectly! Lot of space. Would defiantly recommend to others.

Thoroughly Enjoy It
Really enjoyed our stay, plenty of beds, plenty of entertainment, and very clean. Property owners were very responsive to any concerns during our stay. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful
My family of 19 and I rented this property for our vacation, and I must say...this house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The pic does no justice for this house. There was soooo much space, that we hardly ran into each other. The beds we MAGNIFICENT!!! Dunstin the owner is awesome. The only suggestion I have, would be to provide more essentials to cook with. There were not enough pots and pans, or mixing bowls to cook with. Other than that 10's across the board. We will definitely rent from Dunstin again.

Overall it was an excellent stay!!!
My family and I rented two properties it was a total of 23 family members (a total of 27 but a family of 4 were not able to make it; so we had extra rooms). We rented the Allure and Atleisure properties. We stayed from July 26, 2016 thru July 31, 2016. We had some difficulies with the alarm system but once we used it for a few times no problem.The Allure property was excellent. It was everything that was promised to us and then some. I highly recommend this vacation property.
