This beautiful private apartment is located inside the olive groove of South Corfu in the village of Melikia. The closest beach is 10 minutes walk.
All our guests have access to the villa's garden and facilities (BBQ, parking etc.)
The owners will be glad to welcome you and give all the useful information for the area. We will give tips for the beast beaches, the nicest restaurants and the best spots of the area.
In the area there are available 3 super markets, a health center and bank services.
In a walking distance there is a bus station with connections to Corfu Town and Kavos. Taxi and Car Rental services are also available.

Bella villa fantastici proprietari
L'appartamento è grande, pulitissimo, dotato di tutto. Una casa vera e propria, non un appartamento per le vacanze. I proprietari che stanno al piano di sopra, sono sempre presenti, disponibili in tutto e gentilissimi. La sera di arrivo ci hanno preparato una cena a sorpresa, e tutti i giorni ci consigliavano sulle spiagge migliori e i posti da visitate. La casa è vicinissima a Bouka beach, spiaggia molto carina. Un'ottima qualità prezzo.

Wonderful stay
We are very fortunate to have stayed here for nearly 62 nights. On our arrival at this 2 bedroom in villa apartment we were greeted by our hosts Teta and Takis shown around and given all the information we needed. The apartment is fabulous it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could think of. The fridge when we arrived had a starter pack of milk,butter,fruit,water and beer etc. The apartment is very large and very comfortable.The gardens are beautiful with many added touches made by Teta. There is a washing machine in the apartment which is very handy.There are 3 supermarkets close by and a beach you can walk to through the olive trees. We hired a car through Takis which was very reasonable for a couple of weeks. We have also used the green buses which are good but may not arrive on time due to traffic. If there is anything you need Teta and Takis will do their best to help you nothing is to much trouble. We will be very sad to leave here our time has been fantastic made all the better by our hosts. Thank you Teta and Takis for everything it has been a pleasure to meet you both and stay in your accommodation which we highly recommend.

Perfect villa
Hosted by my sister and brother in law to spend 7dys at their rented villa.
The owners who were very friendly, helpful and obliging nothing was to much trouble for them.Vila very central to the beaches and restaurants and places of interest.
YES we would strongly recommend to other people and friends
YES we will be back !!!

Ferien wie ein Traum!!
Ich bin im Zeitraum vom 15 bis 24 August vom Christopher Payne in die Villa eingeladen gewesen und habe diese Wochen mit ihm, seiner Frau und den Kindern in der Villa meine Ferien verbracht. Das war ein der besten Urlaube, die ich jemals hatte! Ich habe das Gefühl als habe ich eine Reise in meine glückliche Kindheit machen dürfen! Das Klima, alle Ortbewohner, der Olivenbaumgarten um die Villa herum... Früchte und Gemüse! Es schmeckt einfach unglaublich! Das alles ist einfach bloß ein Traum gewesen!
Bis zum Strand nimmt man einen wunderschönen Weg von 5 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Olivenbaumgarten aus! Der Strand ist einfach Ideal für Familien mit Kindern! Schöner Sand, langsam wird es tiefer und das Wasser ist einfach unglaublich! Ich bin noch nie so weit geschwommen! Wenn man aber den Meeresboden sieht, hat man keine Angst und genießt die sagte Berührungen vom Meereswasser.
Die Villa ist bestens für eine große Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet und ist schön geräumtig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sollte man mal was darüber hinaus brauchen, klingelt man einfach bei Nikolaj und Nikoleta und sie finden immer eine Lösung! Ich wollte zum Beispiel eine Torte backen und ich bekam den Mixer von Nikoleta und das Backpaier sowie -form waren bereits in der Villa vorhanden. Nikolaj und Nikoleta denken auch mit und fragen auch immer nach, ob man etwas zusätzlich braucht. Siebsind wirklich fürsorglich und herzlich mit uns gewesen! Es gibt tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Nähe der Villa. Dabei sei bemerkt, dass man sowohl gluten- und laktosefrei Lebensmittel bekommt! Die Villa ist nur ca. 50 Minuten Autofahrt zum Flughafen in Korfu Town entfernt.
Ich werde am liebsten im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen! Danke von ganzen Herzen für die mehr als gelungene Ferien!

What more can I say, on our arrival we were greeted by our hosts takos and teta,I hope I got the spelling correct.who settled us into our spacious apartment. They then made us aware of the local restaurants and stores to buy provisions..Takos
provided us with a timetable for the local buses, the bus stop being almost on the doorstep. It seems that nothing is too much trouble.. If you are looking for a trouble free location then look no further

Perfect Family place
Ok, that was the perfect place for our "family" trip. The place is not in the main tourist region of the island, but that was what we searched for, and it is very easy to reach by the local bus or by car.
The house/apartement was perfect for 4 of us and a little baby. There you can find everything that is need for your holiday. From towels, to dishes. And above on that Takis and Tetas are waited for us with a starter pack like water, bread, fruits, etc... And that was very helpful, because we arrived late.
In walking distance you can find small shops, and a small city with taverns, where you can taste the local dishes, and see how life goes in a real Greek area. But of course with car you can reach big markets in 5 minutes.
The owners just show us the secret beach near to them (popular for local people) and that was the place we need. :) Perfect and free, and in really 7 minutes walking distance.
With car you can visit Corfu town and all the places in the island, non of them are more far than 50 minutes. But if you would take a trip to a very good beach than visit Santa Barbara beach in 10 minutes by car. (We got this advice from Tetas, and totally worth to keep it. )
So altogether it is a place for relaxing and get out from the busy life of big cities, and the owners are perfectly support you in this, or with anything else that you want! :)
