The nightly price or price-per-day will vary according to length of stay, for example, the 'price per day' will be greater for a 3-night stay than for a a 7-night stay, because of the constant costs of laundry, cleaning, etc. The minimum stay in the Old Sheaf Store is 3 nights, and this is only during the off season.

Pets are an additional £25.00. (1 well-behaved dog allowed of selected breeds.)

Breakages will need to be reported. Substantial breakages will have to be paid for.

GLAISDALE:

Red House Farm is in the quiet, peaceful unspoilt valley of Glaisdale Dale, ideal for walking, riding and, I think, cycling, although most visitors look at the hills and argue. We are in easy reach of the coast, and historic cities such as York are only little more than an hour's drive away from Red House Farm.

The village pub is a 15-minute downhill walk about 3/4 of a mile away from Red House Farm and serves meals all days. The village has a good butcher's shop, but for something special, it's worth taking a trip to Radford's Butchers and Delicatesson in Sleights, which is twenty minutes away from Red House Farm. How to get there
Railway: Glaisdale: 0.1 km
For those in Vehicles:

From the north take the A171 and follow the signs to Glaisdale.
From the south take the A169 and follow the signs for Grosmont, Egton, then Glaisdale.
On entering Glaisdale, drive through the village until you reach the crossroads at the War Memorial. Then follow the road signposted 'Glaisdale Dale Only'. Pass the church and drive along the Dale until you pass a large house with three big white double garage doors on your left (The Cottage). After a further 100 yards, you will see 'Broom Cottage' also on the left and immediately after, a cattle grid which brings you into our property. A small sign on the stone gatepost says Red House Farm.
