Welcome to a quiet, relaxing, well-equipped villa - the place for a perfect holiday.
The villa sits in its own private grounds what are not shared with anyone else.
The Gazebo is large enough to fit a large table and six chairs - you can eat outdoors in the shade.
All the facilities are close by so that you can have flexibility in the way you spend your holiday.
The Gazebo is also close to the pool.
and is a great place to relax in the sun or shade
. . . . by day or by night.  New lighting in the Gazebo and pool help extend your day.
The newly fitted state of the art 'Protect-a-child' pool fencing allows children to stay safe.
. . . but the whole family to stay close together, whether swimming, sunbathing or relaxing.
The villa sits proudly on the side of a hill so you catch the Sun for most of the day.
The Gazebo is only a few steps from the villa
The double car port is shaded to that the inside of your car doesn't get too hot.
Every bedroom has direct access to the outside
. . .  .and its own South-facing Balcony
The Master Bedroom has two private 1st floor balconies.
Where you can relax in the sun or shade.
The first balcony catches the sun in the morning and the other catches the afternoon sun.
The Master Bedroom is very spacious.
It has a double bed, is en-suite and Air Conditioned.
The second bedroom is also en-suite and has lots of storage space.
It has twin beds, is spacious and also Air Conditioned.
The third bedroom has Air Conditioning and is great for sharing.
The upstairs landing has a sofa bed which can be used for two additional guests.
The sitting toom has Satellite TV, wi-fi, a DVD Home Theatre system and gaming consoles.
And is largely open-plan through the hallway to the Dining Room
. . .which has sufficient space for all the guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has enough utensils and crockery for the largest of families.
The downstairs en-suite bathroom has a full range of facilities
While the upstairs en-suite features a shower, toilet and hand-basin.
The Family Shower Room, next to Bedroom 3, has recently been refurbished.

Comfortably furnished and well equipped, an ideal base for a family holiday and for exploring the region.

After you have paid your balancing payment you will be provided with access details for the villa, plus the contact number of our local villa manager who will be able to help you in the unlikely event of a problem. He manages the Maid and Pool attendant and also has details of local tradesmen who can resolve many of the minor maintenance issues which may arise during your stay.

Wow what can we say . Beautiful villa well equipped with everything you need. Pool just right for myself and my partner. Plenty of outdoor seating and a wonderful bbq and outdoor pizza oven. Excellent communication from the owner we would definetly return for another...More

About the neighbourhood
The property is ideally located and is within easy reach of all the main tourist attractions in the Algarve - including some of the best beaches. The water parks are very popular – (all inside 1 hour travel). Aquashow Park Hotel – 15 minutes away – is highly recommended. There are local supermarkets in Santa Barbara de Nexe and Loule and it is less that 15 minutes to the Faro Forum shopping complex, and the IKEA Designer Outlet Centre. Algarve Shopping Centre is 25 minutes away. There are daily markets in Sao Bras and Olhao and a monthly market in Estoi. Estoi is also famous for the ruins of a Roman villa. The Children will love Zoomarine (40 minutes drive) while in the East, Tavira is a lovely historic town with many attractions.
Getting around
Because we are in quiet location a car is essential if you are to get the most out of your stay. We are within easy access of the A22 motorway, which means that you can visit any point on the Algarve by day - or night. Alternatively, if you don't want to drive to dinner there are a number of local taxi firms who know where our small community is and will be able to pick you up and transport you to your Restaurant. There are two buses each way each day into Faro, via Santa Barbara de Nexe.

The easiest way to get to the Algarve is to fly into FARO airport. A number of budget and scheduled airlines fly in directly from both the UK and Europe (including RyanAir, Easyjet, Jet2 and BA). There are a large number of hire car companies at the airport, but it is advisable to book your hire car beforehand in the summer as availability can sometimes be limited. Our villa is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport.
