It is self-contained and enjoys use of a large garden with sitting areas and views of both the sea and the neighboring hills. It also has its own parking area. As a side note, the property is also available for a monthly rental, however that would have to be all year long, not just during the summer months.

The place is in a private area up on a hill with only 4 houses, which guarantees its peaceful nature. The main road is, however, located just within a 15-20 minute walk. There one can find a bus stop with regular service to the city centre of Chania or other seaside villages along the coast running every 15 minutes.
