The small apartment for 4 people on 70 square meters offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday . In the typical Sicilian style brick kitchen everything is available (cooker, oven, fridge, freezer). The kitchen is open to the living area, where you find a sofa bed for 2 other people. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. From all rooms you have a beautiful view of the garden. A heating makes this apartment interesting in the winter months for cyclists, hikers and climbers. The villa is perfect for people who appreciate the tranquility and ambience, but do not want to miss the proximity to the beaches, the places to visit and Castellammare del Golfo with a lot of nice restaurants and always a bit of night live depending of the season. Your rental car can be parked within the complex and the object is observed for your security.

Die Villa Sogni d'oro im wunderschönen Tal von Fraginesi ist ein echtes Kleinod und etwas ganz Besonderes. Die Eigentümer haben in dem 3300 Quadratmeter großen Garten ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Die mediterrane Vegetation ist super gepflegt. Die Gäste können im 5 mal 10 Meter großen Swimmingpool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Außendusche (warm/kalt) inmitten dieser tollen Vegetation entspannen. Eine große Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen lädt zu ausgiebigen Abendessen ein. In der Villa bieten 2 Appartements insgesamt Platz für 10 Personen, die mit wunderbaren alten Möbeln eingerichtet sind. Drumherum sind zahlreiche Terrassen auch vor jedem Appartement, wo man beim Frühstück den Tag planen oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Die Vermieter wohnen im Mittelteil, so dass sie jederzeit ansprechbar sind und gerne Tipps geben.
Das kleine Appartement für 2 bis 4 Personen bietet auf 70 Quadratmetern alles, was man für einen traumhaften Urlaub braucht. In der im typisch sizilianischen Stil gemauerten Küche ist alles vorhanden (Herd/Ofen/Kühl-/, Gefrierkombination) und geht in den Wohnbereich mit Fernseher über. Dort befindet sich auch noch ein Schlafsofa, so dass im Grunde auch 6 Personen Platz fänden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Ehebett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Von allen Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in den Garten. Das Appartement hat eine richtige Heizung, so dass diese Unterkunft auch in den Wintermonaten für Radfahrer, Wanderer und Kletterer zu empfehlen ist. Die Villa ist für Menschen geeignet, die Ruhe und Ambiente schätzen, aber die Nähe zu den Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht missen möchten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Entfernungen: Castellammare del Golfo 4 Km Scopello 3 Km Segesta 14 Km Die Flughäfen Trapani und Palermo sind in 30 Autominuten zu erreichen.
