Location location location!, the biggest asset of this property. Easily reached by air, ferry or Eurotunnel it makes Clement an ideal rental for a long weekend or full length holiday. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Jugon, lying between Dinan and Lamballe, so is an excellent centre for exploring this beautiful region of Brittany. Dinard, St Malo and Mont St Michel are all within an easy drive and safe sandy beaches can be reached within 30 minutes. Golfing, horse riding and cycling add to the wealth of activities available to ensure everyone a happy relaxing holiday. Similarly the village is within walking distance and boasts restaurants, bars and shops within a beautiful histroric market square, enabling the village to be recognised as a 'Petites Cites De Caractere' The property itself stands within our 0.5 acre garden that is set with mature trees and shrubs. A patio area, with outdoor furniture and BBQ are provided and there is sufficient on site parking. Sympathetic renovation has enabled modern facilities to be made available for guests whilst maintaining the original features. There are beams and a log burner set within an original stone fireplace, as well as effective electric radiators for added cosiness. The spacious living area overlooks the well maintained garden (shared with our adjoining property) where you can enjoy peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard to enable fully self catered living and laundry facilities are provided.
