Apartment was great - spacious and relaxing. Development was very peaceful and the pool and area superb with great shade for kids. Easy to walk into Banus or San Pedro (20-25mins to either) , so barely used the car. Most importantly, the hosts were superb. Easy to deal with beforehand, and when we unfortunately had some challenges with the aircon,...

I will not think twice to rent this appartment again and I will recommend it for all my friends and people that love quiet holidays.

Further Details - Upon arrival you will be met by our representative who will explain the facilities at the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.

Our representative can provide you with a Welcome pack upon arrival, this is especially welcome if you arrive on a late flight.

Conditions - To secure your reservation we take a 30% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable together with a 300 pounds security/breakages refundable deposit six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer.

The security/breakages refundable deposit will be returned subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.

If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday - Sunday 10:00 am - 18:00) a meet and greet fee as below will be payable direct to our representative together with any other requests you have made with our representative ( ie Welcome Pack)
