The house is located in the quiet exclusive Paraiso Hillls development.Tranquil and peaceful, only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus . The house has its own beautiful private garden and is perfect for outdoor living with a lovely private garden , comfotable out door furniture and a both a charcoal and gas bbq. The upstairs terrace is furnished with modern stylish outdoor sofa and chairs and there are stunning views of the coastline, golf course and Mountains At the end of the garden is a small private enclosed footpath which is shared between the villas and leads to the beautiful pool which has a changing room and WC, The pool is really lovely and is surrounded by spacious gardens with numerous sun beds and thatched umbrellas. The house has private parking on the drive.The front porch leads into a spacious entrance hall. Downstairs coming off the hall is the kitchen , downstairs w/c and lounge/dinner. The lounge has double doors from the hall and is a large very sunny open plan living and dining room. it is furnished with Italian leather sofas-that were renewed in summer 2018 all other lounge furniture and rugs will be renewed Spring 2019 42'LED TV, DVD player, IPod/Ipad doc and Charger and a modern glass and chrome dining table seating 6. All the rooms in the house are spacious light and airy and all floors are cream marble, all ceilings have spot lights. There are 3 sets of glass double doors from the living room to the covered garden terrace which is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs,coffee table and a hand tiled dining table with 8 chairs and large gas barbecue. There are three sunloungers. we have installed a home projector and screen on the patio so you can watch movies on the terrace enjoying the evening outside. The Kitchen is modern with white units and under unit lighting. There is a ceramic hob,fridge freezer,microwave,dishwasher,washing machine,tumble dryer,filter coffee maker and Nespresso Capuchino ,Expresso latte coffee maker. The worktops are granite there is access to back terrace that is shady in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. This has a small table and two chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for both cooking and dining in. The Master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a king size bed fitted wardrobes and brand new furniture and bed replaced in 2017. There is an en suite luxury en suite split stone bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath,separate walk in rain shower, wc and bidet. All bed linen is matching pure white cotton with luxury Egyptian cotton sheets. Every year we completely renew all the bed linen, rugs etc so that the house furnishings always look new. All 3 bedrooms have double fitted wardrobes. Hairdryers are available in 2 of the bedrooms. The second bedroom has two single beds. Double doors leading to a large terrace furnished with rattan sofa,coffee table and 2 armchairs this terrace has lovely views. The third bedroom has two single beds and double doors to Juliet balcony The second and third bedrooms share a marble and stone full bathroom with bath and shower. There is fibre WIFI internet throughout the house. Security - The house has an infrared motion sensor security system. There are remotely operated security shutters, these can either be opened individually or all at once at the press of a button.. The house is in a quiet,residential area. The pool and gardens is fenced and gated. The gardens are tended by a full time gardener who keeps the gardens beautifully maintained. Heating/Aircon-In all rooms - individually controlled The villa is a 3 -min walk from award winning restaurant Ramos de Alcantara ,and a short walk to the hotel Paraiso and golf course.
