False advertising
When I arrived at the place the surroundings look completely different to the pictures. I had to cancel it straight away and had difficulty returning money only some part was refunded nny owner. The accomodation is fine but location terrible. There is no beach as on picture, only 2 villas, road above, industrial area around among local village.

Solid Place to Stay Outside of Town
Esline was out of town and there was a lot of confusion around my booking which was not straightened out until the second day. I had to request to be moved into the room that I booked. Snorkeling out front is 3/10 without really good coral, they are working on growing more. I would not stay here thinking that there is great snorkeling at your door front. The rooms are nice and they do have coffee plungers. It costs 1200vt for laundry. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a taxi or bus. The taxi cost from the airport is 1500vt. The cost from them is 1700vt, but there is someone with the hotel's name on a board. The small room is small and only really has a water boiler and mini-fridge. The larger rooms are roomy and have a fully stocked kitchen.

Great place out of town on the water
My wife and I stayed with John and Esline for 4 nights and we were really happy with our choice. The Villas are self contained, free breakfast and right on the water. The sound of the small waves washing onto the shore are a great way to get to sleep. It's only a short trip into Luganvilletown for supplies and close to lots of great attractions. Esline is very knowledgeable about Santo and we learnt a lot from our chats. We would not have had this if we had stayed in a hotel. One night we drinks with John and Esline other guests around the fire which was great. The only minor thing is there is a bit of road noise, ( and the occasional Rooster) however the sound of the water far out ways this. When we go back to Santo we will definitely stay here again. Thanks John and Esline.

Excellent stay, lovely hosts
We stayed at seaside villas for 8 nights. Esline and John are very lovely hosts and Esline is a good tour guide too. she showed us the best places and told us interesting stories about vanuatu history. and culture. we saw a lot of the island even though it was cyclone season. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a great view to the sea. Also the cooking facilities are very good, we always took a taxi into town and there we found all the groceries needed. The tropical breakfast is included, we enjoyed it very much, as it was served in the balcony where we had a great view to the sea. Thank you Esline and John, Mi lukemyu

Handy and great hospitality
Had a great stay at these very comfortable and handy Villas. Beauty swimming and snorkling out front, complete with freshwater springs and WWII wreck to boot. Esline made out stay by helping us crack coconuts and cook our diner on the fire. Recommended for a group.

Exceptional stay
Esline made ous stay exceptional. The garden is beautiful, corals and fish for snorckeling just in front of the house. There is also and old boat. Location is great, close to restaurants and kava bars, 5 minutes of drive to the centre. Esline offers many trips as well. We definitely want to come back again.

Highly recommended
We booked two nights at the Santo Seaside Villas and had a lovely stay. The accommodation was a great with a beautiful garden and view of the water. My partner said the snorkeling there was his favourite of our trip. They are doing a lot of interesting work there trying to rehabilitate the coral and restore the fish population. The rooms themselves are very clean and tidy. Being self contained makes it a bit easier to save money and buy food from the supermarket in town. It's very easy to get a taxi or bus into the town centre from the road. I unfortunately injured myself on my first day in Santo and our host Esline really went above and beyond to help me, taking me to hospital and helping translate. I would highly recommend Santo Seaside Villas for anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay. Also would like to say 'tankyu tumas!' to Esline for being so kind to us when I was really feeling quite sore and sorry for myself, you were a wonderful help :)

Great place to stay
We stayed at the Villas for four nights. They are beautiful and clean and Esline and John were lovely hosts. The villas have cooking facilities and look out over the water. The snorkelling straight out the front and around the wreck was excellent and easy for kids. The owners have created a fish sanctuary and are actively creating coral bombies to create a beautiful ocean garden to enjoy. Breakfast is provided.

A home away from home!
Esline is a wonderful host and her rooms are super clean and packed with great amenities. You can cook your own meals or head out to nearby restaurants. We couldn't fault this place. Guests receive a generous tropical breakfast. The staff make up your room every morning and the staff are respectful and friendly. You can easily spend a week here and Esline can arrange great local tours for you at reasonable prices. The property is close to town and local buses pass the place frequently. We couldn't fault this place and its great value for what you get.

Superbe villa au bord de l’eau
Superbe accueil par Esline, toujours souriante et de bon conseil. Le logement est impeccable: propre, très beau, bien équipé, et la plage au pied de l’escalier. Il y a un très bel endroit pour le snorkelling et même une pirogue pour observer les coraux et les poissons ! Je recommande chaudement !
