We are not a hotel but we do give you everything you need for a comfortable stay but once you use your essentials rubbish bags, tolite paper soap shampoo etc you must buy yourself. Basically when you rent a condo you should look after yourself please keep the Condo clean and use the washing machine to wash your sheets and towels yourself like you would at your home No Smoking inside
We are more than happy to lend you a mop to use and vacuum if you want please just ask.

Safe swimming beach if your not a fan of the waves and big crowds , like to take a nice dip in the ocean or go for a snorkel or scuba dive You can’t beat Naiyang beach Surrounded by National park it is truly one of the nicest beaches in Phuket . It is all here come and see for yourself.
We are just minutes away from Family Mart 7/11 convenience stores
Minutes away from Nai Yang Markets one of the best markets on the island 3 times a week fresh local produce a must to visit.

There is a lot of good options here for transport from taxi or a van right from the Airport. Or you can catch the big Orange Airport bus “We are literally 5-minute drive away one stop.
If you like me to organize a car or Van to pick you up to save all the hassle, I can organize that for you not a problem just ask.
We have taxis just at our Resorts gate for your convenience. I am more than happy to organize for you a Rental car or a motorbike hire that can be delivered and picked up to you at our Resort from good honest local operators at good rates.

How to get there
Getting into the property
Someone will meet the guest on location.
Guests must contact host before arriving at the property to organizing a time for meeting the host and letting the guest into the Resort through our Security gates and into the Condo.
Once an arrival time has been set, we ask the guest to contact us 10 mins before they arrive so the host can be there to greet them so no one is kept waiting around.
Catching a taxi from the airport there are always taxis there waiting , if you don't wish to haggle with the drivers , we can arrange a car or van for you to pick you from our service I need 24hrs notice to organize it for you, I must pay for this in advance for you so please agree to pay me back when you arrive. “Please just let me know”
Remember please contact me once you made the booking and 10 minutes before you arrive so I can help you in finding us nice and easy.
