This brand new house was completed in early 2013 and is set on top of a hill with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the green, pine forests. The property is located in Posidi, Chalkidiki in the Macedonian region of Greece. The ground floor of the villa comprises a living room, kitchen with fiiied appliances and many cabinets,1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a 50 sq m veranda with a sea view and a 20 sq m veranda overlooking the forest. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 is master room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with views of the sea and the forest. The villa is surrounded by 1200 sq m of private garden, with lawn and plants. There are 2 open parking spaces and 1 enclosed. The perfect holiday villa

Excellent villa with everything you need for unforgettable holiday. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The veranda of the villa, which overlooks the sea is just amazing - spacious and beautiful. There is a spacious garden where children can play.More

Fourka village is a place that brings together a vibrant atmosphere and the traditional way of life of the local people. Chalkidiki is the best combination of relaxation and parties. For young, party people, Chalkidiki offers a wide range of beach bars, bars and clubs. During the summer months, every beach bar in Chalkidiki throws amazing beach parties and some of the most famous venues are very close to our property. Other things to do in the area include: water sports, diving, yachting, and much more. There are many good restaurants on Fourka and Posidi beach, which are less than 10’ away
