Beautifully finished apartment 5 minutes’ drive from Amandola. This newly converted 300-year-old stable accommodation in a traditional farmhouse retains many original features. The 90-square metre south-facing private garden terrace has stunning views of lake and mountains. It has table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing. It is completely fenced in and is safe for young children.This is the only apartment on the property so privacy is guaranteed. Wifi internet. Great base for walkers/hikers/bikers. 40 minutes from Adriatic beaches/designer outlet shopping.

About the neighbourhood
La Mirabella is situated in a tranquil, elevated position 5 kilometres from the nearest town Amandola, in a rural, agricultural zone. There are stunning 360° views of the surrounding countryside, mountains and lake. The location is quiet and private, 1 mile from the main road. Within 3 minutes' drive there are opportunities for horse-riding and canoeing, and the whole area is great for walking and hiking at all levels. There is ample parking at the property and parking in town is never difficult, although it is restricted to certain areas on market day, once a week. There are many good restaurants in the neighbourhood, and Amandola has a good number of cafés/bars and four supermarkets.
