We had no trouble reserving the condo. The manager answered all of our questions he. He met us at the property and showed us around and even accompanied us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The only drawback at all for this area is that there aren't many places to eat. There is a small venue open from 10 to 5 on the property and a couple of hotels close by, but if you want more selection you have to get to town and that is a 200 peso taxi ride each way. The town of Cancun is the only place to buy groceries, also. Being somewhat out of the way is what makes the place so relaxing and once you get the hang of getting around , it works fine. The place is beautifully furnished and very "high end". The beach is lovely and private. The kitchen is completely equiped and there is a washer and dryer that really comes in handy. We had no complaints and will return again.
