Casa Benisi is a front line comfortable and spacious apartment on the 5th floor facing directly South over the sea towards Port Adriano and El Toro. The property has been extensively refurbished and is now one of the larger ones in the block. El Toro is about 5 kms east of Santa Ponca on the Old Coast Road. The apartment has a large air conditioned lounge with 2 comfortable sofas opening onto a big balcony with a table and 4 lounger chairs. There are sunawnings and this is the ideal spot to sip those final sun downers, watch the activity in the marina and generally relax and enjoy the view. A 42 in flatscreen TV with most UK and many different European Language channels plus a 'Blueray' player and a stereo with CD is also provided. great views, plenty of resturants, views to die for, just wish I could afford one of those super yatchs. Communication with the owner was top class and everything you could wish for is provided. Wouldnt hesitate to book and stay here again.

The master bedroom is large with marble floors and sliding doors opening on to the main balcony. It has a large mirrored wardrobe unit offering plenty of storage space. The second large bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and other items of furniture. It is situated by the entrance to the flat giving it its own privacy and ideal for children. Sometimes a folding bed is available for a fifth person. Please ask if this is required but note there is an additional charge of £48.00 per week for this bed.

About the neighbourhood
To go swimming from the lovely safe and sandy beach at El Toro is less than a 3 minute walk away. The marina has undergone an extensive redevelopement program which is almost completed. It is now on par with the very best that the Mediterranean has to offer. There is a newly opened Dive Centre and various Boat Charter Companies all close at hand. In addition there are many superb boutiques and lovely restaurants to try out.

El Toro village is a comfortable 10 minute stroll which has most things you will need from English papers, to a superb local bakery, supermarket and banks.

Most watersports are available on the Santa Ponca and Magaluf beaches. Golf is available at Golf 1 & 2 in Santa Ponca which is about a 5 minute car drive away. There is also Golf Poniente which is in the Magal...

Cheap Flights are available from most Regional Airports in the UK and rest of Europe.
Local Buses run regularly between the Airport and the village of El Toro. Try the A2B or Resort Hopper Services both will drop you very close to the apartment block.
Taxis are always available and the fare should not be more than about 50 €uros from the airport to El Toro
