The property has recently been updated and provides modern luxury decor with very comfortable, light and airy accommodation. The living room with its vaulted ceiling, huge panoramic windows and full-width glass balconies offers far-reaching views over the private estate to the countryside and coast beyond. A large comfy corner sofa and snuggle chair provide plenty of seating for all, complemented by a wood burner, a large screen TV and an entertainment system. The large 6-seat dining table is perfect for family gatherings. Double French doors give access to a real suntrap of a balcony with privacy. Loved it, almost perfect
Lovely contemporary and comfortable dog friendly property. Nice view from the front balcony over the complex and rolling hills beyond offering lovely sunsets, with a second more private balcony to the rear. We never opted for the hot tub (which would have been an extra £150 up-sale). Great amenities include Xbox 360 for the gamers, fast internet connection, great big TV for rainy days and a well equipped kitchen. Our labrador found the floor boards rather slippy especially on the stair landings - where we arranged matts to help him navigate the stairs. No ocean view from house 30 though, just a short walk leads you to panoramic views and the amazing coastal path. No local pub within easy striking distance, though two great licensed cafe's down the path in nearby Talland Bay, where you will certainly need hydration and refuel for the steep walk back up to the complex. Lovely welcoming staff on site with a great (shared use) pool.

Beautiful family holiday in an excellent Cornish location!
We had a wonderful time visiting Talland Bay over Christmas this year. The house is newly decorated, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach made it an ideal location for exploring Polperro, Looe and Fowey.

Best holiday rental yet! Fantastic!
This is a fantastic site with modern open plan, light and airy accommodation - right up my street. It's definitely the best holiday rental we have had - clean and well kitted out and without the feeling that you've just walked in to someone's home. In fact the whole site is well planned out with a great set up - very impressive! It's a secluded setting and as long as your happy with narrow windy lanes, steps and steep hills you'll be fine! We did both coastal walks to Polperro and Looe - wonderful views. For lunch I'd recommend the talland bay cafe and for dinner the ancient mariner in Looe. Have a brilliant time!

I lovely house for a base in Cornwall my tips are plan your week so if the weather is not right you can change where your going,and make sure you do some walking
