There is parking for two vehicles directly outside and there is also an electric vehicle charging point for your sole use during your stay.
Additional charges apply for both the hot tub and the electric vehicle charging, which you can add during the online booking process.
(Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub)

"Really nice complex of houses, lovely grounds and facilities and bonus that most have hot tubs! Talland Bay is 10 minute walk over the hills or down a quiet lane with two licensed cafes and a nice little bay. Would definitely return, staff were really accommodating."

This is a luxury house on a site with an indoor pool and small gym. The grounds extend to the coastal path between Looe and Polperro. The house is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The hot tub (extra cost) was very popular. Like all such places in Cornwall it seems the roads around are single track with passing places so might be tricky on Saturdays in high season but were fine in late September. I can see us returning! There are 2 double rooms, a single room and bunkbeds so you can fit in a reasonable size family group. Reception staff were very helpful - a broken light switch was fixed same day.

Beautiful location
We are currently staying at this property, the site is super a beautiful location with fantastic on site facilities. The property is very well equipped the kitchen looks as if it's new new. The only thing that let's it down is the lounge site which really is a patio lounger, it would be ok outside but is uncomfortable for sitting on in the evening. The staff on site are very helpful and attend to any issues immediately. The bay area is spectacular pretty and quite, the site has direct access on to the coast path.
