The middle one offers three river faced rooms and one family suite and top Floor has Five rooms. Every room (except Family suite) has its separate balcony which give picturesque views of river flowing downstream from the Mountains covered with Pinus walichiana, Cedrus deodara, Cotton wood, Horse chestnut , Picea smithiana trees and many more species. Due to its riverbank location visitor's Early morning gets charmed by the daily visiting of Plumbeous water redstart, White capped redstart, grey wagtail and Brown dipper.
