Best and most recommended homestay. Very rural but not too poor. Close to river and waterfall, and our hosts were so kind and cooked amazing food. Pick this one if you go to Sapa

About the neighbourhood
Staying in Joy House, you will have the chance to experience daily life of local people. The waterfall, river and bamboo forest just 5 minutes walking where you can swim, meditate, yoga, read or relax among nature. We have a big garden with tea trees which are 80 years old and a lot of vegetables and herbs. Let's harvest the vegetables for dinners and make fresh green tea together. You also can do hiking, trekking to mountain, especially Fansipan - the highest mountain in Indochina. Football, swimming, harvesting vegetables and tea, you can do all from here. There are 3 dogs and 1 owl in our house; they are very friendly and love playing with people.
