At the rear is a very light conservatory adjoining the kitchen and dining room; its sweeping bi-fold doors open on to a spacious back garden which is excellently maintained with a sitting area – perfect for an outdoor meal. The kitchen has a fresh design with cream cabinets and wooden floors, and is fully equipped with top quality facilities. Just off the kitchen is a downstairs WC and a utility room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, and a family bathroom fitted with a bath. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath.
