Holiday Rental House

Stay in walking distance to some of Nashville's favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Dogwood House is an inviting cottage in Nashville. As the home is newly renovated, new appliances, new furniture - everything - I expect guests to help me discover if something is not just right, and allow an opportunity to make it right to the best of my ability. I use C'est La Vie products in the house (shampoo, conditioner, and soap). The C'est La Vie collection is paraben, cruelty, and CDEA free and they are committed to using environmentally responsible packaging. Upon Arrival, if something is unusual please notify the Host asap. Hot water heater temp remains at 125 degrees f. High temps may result in injury. Departure-Reset Thermostat to 75-Unplug any small appliances-Remove used sheets and pillowcases, leave used towels and sheets in laundry area-Ensure all indoor/outdoor seating is pulled in, and overhead door is closed completely-Run Dishwasher -Turn Lights and Lamps off-Remove trash from house, leave trash in plastic bins on the side of house.

Lovely house, fantastic location, most comfortable beds ever!

Adorable home

Super adorable, clean, cozy house in a great location. 10min Uber to music row and 15 to airport. Next to cute restaurants, safe neighborhood. Walk thru back gate to delicious breakfast spot, Nashville jam Co. host was fast at responding.

Berry Hill is the 'secret' Music Row. The house is located on a quiet street surrounded by music studios, southern food, and boutique shopping. The area looks residential, but 95% of the buildings are commercial use! It's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Nashville. There are few sidewalks, but there is very little traffic through the actual neighborhood so I find it to be very walkable. Walk to coffee shops and breakfast spots. Take pictures in front of House of Blues Studios murals!

Cars are not necessarily needed. There are bus stops that are walkable and Lyft/Uber is easy to get! From BNA Nashville Airport Get on 40 Heading West Exit towards 440 West (Memphis) Exit 6 to Nolensville Pk go Left off the exit onto Nolensville Pike Right on Peachtree/Melrose Left on Bransford Left on East Iris Right on Dogwood 2813 Dogwood Place on the right House is roughly 4 miles from Broadway Downtown. 4 Mi to Tootsies on Broadway Downtown ~10 Min Lyft/Cab/Uber ~$9 in Lyft* not including surge pricing 3 Mi to Vanderbilt on West End ~11 Min Lyft/Cab/Uber ~$11 in Lyft* 4.2 Mi to Titans Stadium ~13 Min Lyft/Cab/Uber ~$10 in Lyft* City of Berry Hill STRP Permint: #2018-06-26-030
