Leaving the kitchen you access the lounge area which is spacious and comfortable with TV and wood burner effect electric fire making this a great area to relax in or watch TV. Leading from the lounge you can access the double bedroom and the single bedroom which benefit from a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with WC. Moving back through the lounge area and passing through the kitchen you enter the corridor you first come upon the wetroom with shower and WC. The super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) is at the end of corridor and has an additional bunk bed. Outside of the property you have a large patio area with bench seating,a table and chairs,ideal for warm summer days take in the sounds of the local river as it passes by. If you would rather not cook or drive then why not try the onsite bar or restaurant and meet the locals. There is also bicycle storage available should you require this and stabling facilities if you decide you would like to bring your horse too.
