The Apartment - Sleeps 6 and victorian railway carriage sleeps 2. Tremerlin is a unique and magnificently situated waterside reteat with Quay,slipway and mooring.4 acres of secret woodland gardens,glorious views and seclusion.The apartment comprises the lower ground floor of the house enjoying an elevated position with sublime river views from the windows. Accommodation includes a double bedroom with dedicated bath / shower room; a central living room with sofas, wood stove and dining area and open-plan kitchen; as well as a double bedroom with roll top bath/shower room; and a 'night Riviera train' double bunkroom.On the upper level a 100ft covered veranda and adjacent lawns are availiable for outside dining and relaxing. Oil-filled radiators are available to top up heating if it is cold. Double doors open from the living area straight onto a covered balcony with outside dining table and chairs. The Lookout, a magical one room studio perched on the fore shore just up river below the house, may be rented for an additional £200 a week, giving access to the Helford river via a woodland path for those renting either the apartment, the carriage or both Internet is available outside the studio above. There is no TV. Parking for up to 4 cars adjacent to the upper house Available July to October Linen provided £1750 for the apartment per week,and £2300 including the carriage. Normally the property would be let as a whole but flexible arrangements can be made if circumstances allow. the change over may be a Friday or Monday. More
