Kavera Beach house is across the road from the beautiful white sands of Kavera beach and lagoon. There is direct access to the beach which is less than 50 metres away, with shops, transport and tourist attractions all within a short walking distance.
The property itself is set on a flat quarter acre site, and is fully fenced for privacy, providing a secure sanctuary to enjoy holiday living in a relaxed setting among the tropical gardens.
The house has a covered verandah, which has comfortable lounges, a barbeque and dining area, providing the best of indoor outdoor flow for island living. It has a well-equipped cook’s kitchen, food processor, blender and Ninja bullet. The large laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Great family holiday house
We stayed at the Kavera Beach House for 7 nights and thoughts it was a perfect place for our family holiday. The house has everything you need while staying there and the house and grounds are very well maintained. It is just across the road from a perfect beach spot that offers great swimming and snorkelling at all tides. It is also very close to shops and takeaways which is very convenient.

Impressive
The location was perfect. Less traffic and less tourist. Across the road a beautiful beach my wife and I, daughter and 3 grandchildren bathed and enjoyed daily. Shops, burgers, video stores handy (close by). The house suited my needs adequately. The bedrooms nice comfy and roomy for my family of 6. I so sorry for any damage we made and we will make restitution, quickly. Kitchen amenities were great. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Great House in a nice location. Quiet and peaceful.
The Kavera Beach house is an excellent choice for a family or a couple in need of a quiet private spot to relax and enjoy the island pace of life. The fenced front yard offers plenty of privacy from the main road. There is an nice grassy area with lounge chairs and a well maintained garden for you to lay around and enjoy. Or you could watch the chickens sneak under the fence and wander around followed by there chicks. Just across the road is a hardly used beach, great for snorkeling (protected by the reef) or just floating in the warm water, not so great from swimming. The house is spacious and well apportioned with a full kitchen and all the utensils, pots and pans you could need. There is even a BBQ to grill up your fresh fish. The laundry is fully stocked and there are plenty of beach towels. There is a car hire down the street and a few local shops but this part of the island is fairly sleepy.
A few tips- heads up:
1. There is no Air Conditioning. This was a bit of a surprise coming from the Los Angeles I just assumed there would be. To be clear I didn't check before booking and there was no misrepresentation on the owners part. It is quite humid so be prepared. There are several fans though
2. You will need to but bottled water. The sink water is not for drinking and with 6 of us we went through a large 5 gallon bottle a day. They sell water at a gas station near the Airport. We took the empty bottle with us for exchange.
3. Rent a car- its definitely worth it.
4. The Mini golf place down the street has a dinner buffet with live music on the weekend.
5. Bring snorkel equipment- its expensive to buy or rent so its worth the $25 investment for a cheap kit before you come.

Thank you so much. I am very happy your enjoyed the house and property. Yes we do only have fans in all the rooms, air con is a future plan :) I'm also glad you enjoyed the Kavera village. They have recently upgraded and done a renovation of the grocery store, gas station and takeaway bar just down the road. Yes Cocoputts is a great place for a meal and local live music, well done on venturing out and about.
