This beautiful private farmhouse sits on its own 41 acre farm with lough views and private lough foreshore, giving the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage consists of a super king-size, twin with shower/en-suite and a king size bedroom with fully tiled family bathroom and shower upstairs.

Two ground floor living rooms have been tastefully furnished with high class and antique furnishings, both containing televisions, open fires and wood burning stoves, giving the opportunity to relax and gain peace and quiet.

The well equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer. It also contains a radio and an ipad docking station and the dining table seats 6.

Directions from Belfast to Coolbeg Farm, 23 Drumcon Road, Belle Isle, BT94 5JQ<BR><BR>From Belfast take the M1 towards the west. At the end of the M1 keep on the A4 toward Enniskillen, through Augher, Clogher and Fivemiletown. Take the second turn into Maguiresbridge. Go past the petrol station and take the next right turn signposted Carrybridge and Florencecourt. Drive 3 miles until you get to the T junction with Gola Road, turn right and then turn left signposted Carrybridge and Florencecourt.
