The view of the sea is beautiful, despite the fact a parking space is behind the building you can see the cruisers arriving to the island and the spacious terrace with gas BBQ, ceiling fan, dinning table and plants makes this a homey spot for great sunsets and dinners at home.
For everybody looking for a very authentic experience with a quiet and interesting everyday on Curacao this space is ideal.

We always come back to Maria and Carlos apartments. They are wonderful hosts and very easily to get in touch with. The apartments are always very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils for making meals. Even a barbecue grill is provided.
The place is very close to town and airport. We also enjoy doing our daily walk around the complex and outside. Having a private pool and security is a big plus.
You won't be disappointed staying at this apartment. We'll keep coming back to our second home in the Caribbean.

Lovely townhouse......Carlos & Maria were very gracious hosts.
This is a great location.....close to downtown, beaches & grocery stores.
Our only negative is the view of a parking lot & construction around.

This bright apartment is located in Royal Palm Resort; a charming residential resort with security 24hrs in Piscadera Bay. It is less than 10min driving from Downtown Willemstad. Unesco World Heritage. In front of Royal Palm is Playa Parasasa&El Koredor; a place to exercise by the beach with fisherman houses and tiny restaurants. Near by Marriot, Hilton and Floris hotel, Pirate Bay Beach. The best way to explore Curacao is on your own, to make it easier we rent cars too.

Bus stop is a walking distance, less than 1Km. Parasasa beach is just in front of the - only - main entrance of the resort, just crossing the street is the beach. On the map the resort seems to be far from the beach.
