Great
Villa Caleton 11 was the perfect place for our vacations. The place is great! It is beatiful, safe and comfortable. The bedrooms are large.. Each one has its individual air. The staff was wonderful and did their best to accomodate all our requests. Kim, the manager was unbeliveble. He helped us so much and was always there For us when we needed his advice.
The view was magnificent and we trully believe was the best in caleton

Amazing vacation-- most fantastic luxury home, topnotch service.
We enjoyed an extraordinary week at this magnificent vacation home: my husband & me, our 2 mid-20s kids & 6 of their friends. The house is wonderfully set up-- open-air living areas & bedrooms overlooking the pool, golf course, & sea. Beyond the pool you watch golfers hit across a cove with crashing waves. Outdoor spaces have canopied sunbathing beds & a dining area. Each bedroom has a seating area, massive shower, 2 sinks & a huge walk-in closet. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. Theres every possible amenity-fullsize toiletries, irons, blowdryers, robes, closet safes.
Service was topnotch. The managers answered every question, helped plan our groceries, made transport arrangements & golf suggestions- making sure all was perfect. They're the most genuine nice warm people. We were overjoyed with the staff -- Ciprian (butler/chef) & Charo (maid). Though their hours were 9-5, they were always there by 6:30 and wouldn't leave before serving dinner personally. Meals were outstanding-fresh lobsters grilled with lime-paradise. Though they stayed up late every night, all 8 kids showed up each day for 9am breakfast, not wanting to miss one of Ciprian's meals. We suggested going out to dinner, but they refused, saying the best food in the world was at the house.
Ciprian worked really hard to make sure we had the very best time every single minute. Charo was also incredibly hardworking, washing our clothes and our towels and cleaning up after us all throughout the day.
We're an on-the-go type of family and we were wondering whether we would be bored without a lot of tourist attractions. But nobody wanted to leave the house. A few of us golfed the amazing course, went to the spa, Hard Rock casino, ziplining, to the beach club, but mostly we wanted to stay at the house.
We have never, ever gone back to vacation at the same place twice, but if we can save up our pennies, next year will be a first, and we'll be back again at the best vacation house ever.

Amazing home and service!
We stayed here for spring break this year with 7 women. By far our favorite part of our stay besides the fabulous home and beach at Eden Roc resort was our Chef Monchy! He was actually our contact for anything we were interested in doing while we were there. He arraigned for in home massages for all, golf carts, transportation and guides when we left the resort areas as well as anything else we needed. In short, he and the property were FABULOUS!! If I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Punta Cana, I will most certainly stay here again and request Monchy as well!
