We have a beautiful home in the suburbs which we are welcoming guests in our large and beautiful master front bedroom room which is equipped with a queen size bed,a sofa, fridge, microwave and electric kettle for making breakfast. It also has a private bathroom, you also have front porch with lots of plants and comfortable patio furnishings for your relaxation. There is also a big back yard to lounge in and soak up the sun and a swimming pool to cool down in. Wifi is not working properly due to the road work.
The area is picturesque, tranquil with beautiful mountain range, homes are beautifully landscaped .A home away from home feeling while having the time of your life. The area will be fully gated by May 2017.
We are half an hour ride from the airport. Less than 5 minutes ride to shoppi...

We have a beautiful place/accommodation with great amenities and tranquil surroundings and we are welcoming guests that will come and enjoy the property while respecting the rules and behaving well. We prefer mature guests and people of faith ( we are not equipped for hosting children).
Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is permitted in certain areas but not inside apartment. This neighbourhood is very quiet so we are looking for guests who will comply. We promise you a great stay.

Excellent Rental in Kingston!
Vivienne was an amazing host! She was warm friendly and very accommodating to our group during our stay. Rooms were as described and comfortable!

Awesome experience
First of all the Walters family are wonderful hosts who were always willing to fulfill our needs. This home is just beautiful. Our rooms were clean and we had access to the pool which is just beautiful. I highly recommend this place to stay because next time I visit this will be my go to place if available.🤗

Wonderful place to be!
We were looking for more of a cultural experience and this was a wonderful place to start! Vivienne and Lloyd are amazing and we so enjoyed the time we had with them. We are already planning another vacation and will definitely be staying here again when in Kingston!! Our new home away from home!! Thanks again Viv and Lloyd for such great hospitality!!!

Fabulous!
Vivienne and her husband provided service that was on par with a 5 star hotel. My husband and I were picked up from the airport and installed in a beautiful home in St. Andrew. The location was 10 minutes from shopping and in line with tours to the North Coast getaways. Our accommodations offered us the privacy and serenity that we sought and the amenities were excellent. We had access to a beautiful backyard and swimming pool. Our hosts were available to provide us with assistance about transportation and about the local culture. We can't wait to return for our next trip and would recommend that anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation to definitely consider staying at Vivienne's.

A Home away from Home!!
This is our favorite place to stay away from the hotel tourist scene. New, clean, trendy, reasonably priced, and outstanding customer service. My spouse and I have stayed here twice and absolutely love it. This time my mother-in-law came with us and she loves it too (and she's pickier than I am!) Great place-always our 1st choice in Jamaica from now on!!

Neighbourhood is picturesque, tranquil and quiet surrounding with beautiful homes,great landscape, lots of fruit trees, plants, birds, beautiful gardens, scenic mountain views.
We are about 5 minutes from shopping centre, banks, upscale restaurants, fast food outlets, supermarkets, gyms, golf course.
Parking is available on property, public transportation is close by and private transportation can be arranged.
Getting around
Because we live in the suburbs, it would be nice to have a car to move around at your own time but as mentioned, transportation could be arranged to take you guests where they want to go.

We are five minutes from Manor Park one of our main shopping area; about half an hour from the airport. Public transportation is close by and if preferred transportation can be arranged to take guests around. if guests drive, parking is available on property
