The Resort is situated on 19 acres of lush landscaped gardens with 90 story residences surrounding a freshwater swimming pool, swim-up bar, whirlpool and bar. Home away from home
I stayed 9 nights at this property with my boyfriend and we had a great time. I am use to staying at all inclusives when I come to Jamaica and this was the first time I stayed at a smaller resort. I must say this property exceeded my expectations. It was very relaxing, quiet, and very peaceful. It felt great to stay somewhere quiet and away from all the busyness and noise of a larger resort. Staying at this resort does make you feel like you are at home and it is very comfortable. Plus Mr. Green was very nice and made sure my boyfriend and I were well taken care of. He came by frequently to make sure we were ok and made sure anything we asked for was provided to us.
Hotel Property:
Although the hotel is small, it has everything that you need. The property does have 24 hour security and they will call you to verify any visitors. The hotel also has a restaurant on site with a bar. I had the chance to eat and drink here a few times and it was very good. I tried the curry goat, oxtail and bread pudding and it was very delicious. I also had a few rum punches from the bar area which was fantastic. The prices are reasonable too. During my stay, i also had a chance to check out the spa. There is actually not a spa room on the property. All of the spa services are done by contractors who come on the property and provide services in the comfort of your room. Mr. Green helped me schedule an appointment with Veronca who provided me an exceptional Swedish massage. She travels with all of her equipment, including a massage table. So you do not have to worry about anything but just relaxing and enjoying the services provided. The hotel also has a pool which was a nice size. I did not get to enjoy the pool as much as I wanted due to rain everyday during my stay. But the days I was able to, it was very relaxing. There was also a jacuzzi and a swim up bar, but they were not in service during my stay. The Hotel overall is very quiet. There was not too many guests on the property during my stay. However, weekends seems to be the busiest time for local travelers. On Fridays through Sundays, a lot of local travelers stayed at the property. During the first weekend of my stay, a live band and party was held on the property near the bar area.
Local Area:
One of the perks I enjoy about staying at this hotel is the close proximity to everything. This hotel is really in the heart of downtown Ocho Rios. You can access shops, supermarkets, restaurants, margaritaville, the beach, and turtle park within a short distance walk. I enjoyed having access to everything which does help cut taxi costs. Only thing to be aware of is the steep hill on the property. The entrance to the hotel does have a big hill and it is a work out. The view at the top of the hill is breath taking. You get a very nice view of the town and nearby beach when standing at the top of the hill. I enjoyed seeing this view everyday as it was a great view of the surrounding area.
Hotel Room:
During my stay, I stayed in room 085. This room is very comfortable and makes you feel like you are at home. Although, the room is small, it has everything that you need. The room had a kitchen, microwave, a fridge, a kitchen counter, a closet, television and a nice size balcony for relaxation. My boyfriend and I mostly enjoyed the balcony as it was very relaxing and it provided a great view of the pool. Most supplies are provided for your comfort such as dishes, silverware, dish soap, a blender, and a kettle. We did utilize the stove in the kitchen and bought groceries from nearby supermarkets. There were also towels provided, but I would suggest bringing your own since housekeeping is not on a daily basis. Mr. Green can coordinate a cleaner on request. When booking this property, we thought there was a separate room for the kitchen, living room and bedroom, but everything is in one room. The room is very small but it is very comfortable. We did not feel crowded or cluttered. It definitely is a good size for no more than 2 people. Also, another plus was having wifi in the room. The signal however, is much stronger when sitting outside on the balcony.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Mr. Green's property and will definitely be returning again soon. I recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Ocho Rios and want something quiet, relaxing and close to everything in the downtown area.

Very nice place
My stay at this place was great, it was clean, quiet, and the property was very well kept.
I plan on revisiting this place again soon.

Marvelous!!!!!
Words cannot describe the stay at this place. The grounds are lovely and the people are wonderful and friendly. The room is like a home away from home. Jephet is a wonderful person, very accomodating, and can drive you where you need to go for a fee, which is understandable and reasonable. The resort is located in the center of everything. Shops, restaurants, movies, beach and park are all a walk away. You can walk to where ever you need to go. I must caution you about the steep hill to the property. You will definitely get a work out. It is a very steep hill, but after a few days of climbing the hill, you hardly feel it. The restaurant on location is inexpensive and the food is great. I had a lot of choices of places to stay and I cannot tell you how happy I was to have chosen this resort, this room. If I had it to do over again, I would not hestitate.
