My Birthday Weekend Say

The cottage was delightful, and the staff were wonderful. However, I had some concerns about the pool usage policy. While I understand the reasoning behind it, prioritizing pool access based on the property's location didn't sit well with me. Consequently, my companions and I chose not to use the pool. Aside from that, our stay was a fantastic experience.

About the neighbourhood

There are the best tourist attractions on the island a short drive away from our villa an example of this is: Dunn's River Falls the number one tourist attraction on the island. Where people climb the famous falls with restaurants this is a fantastic day out. Only 10 minutes drive away from our villa. Dolphins Clove. Where you can swim with the Dolphins - 10 minutes drive away from our villa. Perfect for children or Couples even singles great day out Mystic Mountain: Where there are cable cars. There is even a great restaurant at the top of the Mountain. The above three, in my opinion, are the top tourist attractions on the island of Jamaica with the exception of Bob Marley's Museum in Kingston. The nightlife is fantastic with a lot of clubs and events just ask our gardener Junior Walker who is up to date with all the latest events that are happening in the area.

Getting around

There are various ways of getting around in Jamaica one is rent a car which is around £50 or $70 US per day depending on the car you wish to hire. Having a driver on call you can arrange this through Chris our caretaker who will be there at the property when you arrive. Any remember to bargain the price down with a smile Take a public taxi this is good if there is a lot of you as it is the cheapest option but remember anybody can jump in your taxi as they take as much people as they are legal to carry.

How to get there

There are two airports both are usable. The first being Montego Bay Airport the second is Kingston international airport. We are on a direct road from Montego Bay Airport no turn offs. We are located next to the RIU Ocho Rios Hotel which is the biggest Hotel in the Parish of St Ann's so we are very easy to find We are located in the Prestigious Mammee Bay Executive Estate which has 24-hour security. The name of our Villa is called Villa Patiently Waiting which is one of the top rentals on the north coast of Jamaica Our full address is Villa Patiently Waiting - 6 Beach Road - Mammee Bay Estate Jamaica
