Beautiful and cozy condo with the best location and best value in San Juan. It offers ocean view and very nice swimming pool with view to the lagoon. It is fully furniture with stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, Smart TV, fully air conditioned, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with queen size bed each. It has a power backup system. Several beaches, a selection of restaurants are within walking distance. I offer daily, weekly and monthly rates. The condo is beautiful, modern, clean and safe. It is the best value in the area when compare amenities, features, location and costs. There is a lot of natural light in the condo. The ocean breeze is spectacular. This is a unique feature no found anywhere else. Bedrooms The condo has two small bedrooms with a queen size bed each. All the beds are updated and with comfortable memory foam mattresses. All bedding are changed with each rental. Living-room There is a dining table and a Roku streaming device with many APPs. There is a high speed internet service. It also offer comfortable sitting. Kitchen The kitchen is full size with updated appliances and no just a kitchenette as other condo in the area. Included are coffee, sugar, some condiments, paper towel, utensils, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and much more. Bathroom The bathroom is beautiful and modern. Included are shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soaps, toilet paper, wash and bath towels, and other amenities. Terrace The condo has a small terrace with obstructed views to the ocean and to the Condado strip (Ashford Avenue). There is seating in the outside to enjoy the view and to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail during the afternoon. Other Amenities There is a Laundromat within the condo if you need to do some laundry. The condo has elevator and a beautiful swimming pool. All areas are secured with 24/7 security cameras. Parking is really an issue or a nightmare in the area. But there is a parking available within the condo. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: 193377

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot to stay. It was walking distance to almost everything in San Juan, a short drive to old San Juan, walking distance to restaurants and bars, the beach, has a pool, and looks out at the ocean with the bay right behind it for easy access to paddle boarding and kayaking. Highly recommend!

About the neighbourhood

The condo is in the best location in San Juan. It is in the Condado Village. There is no need of a car as most attractions are within walking distance including several beaches, a large variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, casinos, high designers’ retailers, groceries stores, water sports, drugstores, and hospitals. The bus stop is within a five-minutes walk front of the building, which makes it an easy access to the Old San Juan in five to ten minutes. Excursion can be booked in the nearby hotels or the nearby excursion boosts. There are excursions to the rain forest, bio phosphorescent bay, zips line and many other excursions. Pickup and drop locations are within a few minutes walking distance.

Getting around

Uber is also available. Most people use this option. Bars, restaurants, beaches, casinos, high retailers, Walgreen, CVS are within four to ten minutes walking distance. Bus transportation to Old San Juan is $0.75 and five minutes away. Excursions - You can book excursions in the local hotel that are within a few minutes walking distance.

Bars, restaurants, beaches, casinos, high retailers, Walgreen, CVS are within four to ten minutes walking distance. Bus transportation to Old San Juan is $0.75 and five minutes away. Excursions - You can book excursions in the local hotel that are within a few minutes walking distance.
