You'll love waking up each morning to the sound of waves gently lapping the shore. It is also an excellent lullaby!
This 2,200 square foot second home of a retired professional couple has a 600 square foot, wrap-around veranda; and is furnished tastefully for comfort, convenience, and relaxed living. The living room area has an L-shape, white leather, sectional sofa; a 40 inch flat screen television; a Blu-Ray/DVD player; and a small library of movies, videos and books. The house is Wi-Fi equipped. The main dining room table comfortably seats 6 adults. The tabletop island in the kitchen area seats 2 more. We also have a high chair for the baby; a stroller; a Pack ‘n Play; an adult bathtub chair; and a portable wheelchair ramp.
The kitchen has been remodeled with wooden cabinets and granite counter tops; a full-size refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispensers; a new glass-top electric range and oven; a large microwave above the stove; a dishwasher; a coffee maker; a Foreman Grill; a Crock Pot; a large electric roaster; and a full complement of pots, pans, tableware, dishes, glasses, cups, and cooking utensils. A separate laundry room, with washer and dryer, is located just off the kitchen. Dishwashing and laundry detergents and fabric softener, a supply of coffee, tea, sugar and creamer; as well as a starter supply of shampoo, hair conditioner, and paper products are provided. Just buy your food and a few paper or plastic supplies, and you are ready to enjoy your vacation.
The 4 bedrooms are simply furnished to comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a 2-head shower tub, and a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress; the other 3 bedrooms have queen-size beds; and one of them also has a full-size futon. We also have 2 queen-size air mattresses for unexpected guests. The 2nd bathroom also has a tub with a 2-head shower fixture, and is located at the end of the hallway, convenient to the other bedrooms and other house guests or company.
A concrete, exterior staircase leads to a 2,200 square foot rooftop with breathtaking views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets.
The spacious grounds are moderately shaded by Mango, Sea Grape, Coconut, Australian Pine, and other indigenous bushes and trees. Centered on the side grounds is a large gazebo with bench seating for 15, and a cold water sink and shower. A second cold-water shower is also located outside on the beach side of the house, just inside the front gate.
The Beach House is located on the north lot of a 1.3 acre parcel, with 180 feet of fenced and secure beach frontage. The Beach House and property can be accessed through the remotely controlled, street-side entry gate, or through a manually-locked gate on the beach side. We are right next door to Malibu Beachfront Apartments.
Seahorse Waters Beach House is easy to find. We are just north of Highway 187 in Santillana del Mar, a long-established residential subdivision of the artistic and historic Town of Loiza. It is the home of Bomba and Plena, unique and dramatic forms of Afro-Caribbean music; vejigante masks, symbols and staples of the festival season all over Puerto Rico; the studio of Samuel Lind, the renowned Puerto Rican artist; several unique festivals; and San Patricio, the oldest continually operating church in the Caribbean.

This home is located at the end of the street a few steps away from the beach. The first thing we heard as we exited our car was the wonderful, relaxing sound of the waves. Private Parking is inside the electric gated area.. The house manager met us and gave a tour of the home. This is a large, spacious, well stocked home. Everything from beach towels, kids toys, beach chairs to a well stocked kitchen with all cookery necessary to prepare meals are all available. Of all the vacation homes we have rented, worldwide, this was the best stocked home we have ever experienced. It seems that Roland and Barbara thought of everything. The beach and sand are beautiful. A trip to the grocery store and any personal items are all you need. A car is a must for grocery shopping, nearby restaurants and traveling to any activities other than the beach. This home is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach.

Family Vacation memories on the making
I love the location the view is super. Roland was a excellent Host and Cisco is a great manager. I call him several times and every time he was great with his answers or suggestions. Love the backyard jacuzzi. Overall my daughters and me, we were delighted. Too bad we only stay a week, next time I will plan for a longer stay. Thank You Roland, Barbara & Cisco..

Beach house
It is a great experience in the beach house. It is super close to the beach, and you can hear the waves during all days. It is also a great place for bbq, everything is in the house, we enjoyed it.

Good Location and Superb Attention of Owner
Roland, the owner, and his local representative, Cisco, are super hosts. Roland provided information on what to do and see on the island, checked in before we left for the island and frequently while in his home. We locked ourselves out one afternoon and, later in the evening on our return, Cisco was right there with an extra set of keys.
It is wonderful to see the ocean in the morning and to have morning coffee and evening cocktails on the overlooking porch. The home is well situated for either north end of the island and for access to El Yunque (though much of El Yunque is still closed due the 2017 hurricane damage). It is well equipped and comfortable and an excellent anchor place from which to see the entire island. Minor glitches occurred but understandably given that the island has not fully recovered from the 2017 storms and Roland was graciously attentive to each and every situation.

Great Stay
A group of 7 stayed at the house. 4 of us had visited the island before 3 did not. They absolutely loved the house and it’s location. We all did, enjoyed having the beach all to ourselves since we went at beginning of September and it’s kind of slow then. We truly appreciated Roland’s assistance throughout the entire stay and were treated to a traditional meal provided by his cook! Would def recommend this place.

In One Word ...... UNBELIEVABLE !!!!
This home was definitely more than I expected. I want to thank Mr. Blossom the owner for allowing us to stay at his beautiful home!!! First of all the property manager Cisco, gave us the full tour when we got there and answered any questions we had and was available the whole time we were there if we needed him. Furthermore, Mr. Blossom, the owner, was a most gracious host and called on several occasions to ensure that everything was going good and we had no problems. As for the home...The views from the top deck and / or from the windows were UNBELIEVABLE!!! The A/C throughout the home also was a huge plus. The icing on the cake was the hot tub in the back. After a long day of sight seeing it was awesome to go back there and just relax, soak and drink some Mojitos. I cant say enough how much I just wanted to just stay there forever!!! HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are going to Loiza or San Juan since the home is just 15-20 mins away !!!

Fun in the Sun- Puerto Rico
Our time in Puerto Rico was great. The house was perfect for our family. The location is the best in the area. It's situated across from the beach where people came to party for the 4th of July. We enjoyed the excitement. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It didn't have any tags or visible logos but it was great. The air conditioning kept the house cool for our entire stay. The house had all the comforts of home though we ended up buying laundry detergent, soap, and toothpaste because we didn't realize it before. The hot tub added some really relaxing time to talk with our kids without the distraction of cellphones. The only thing that wasn't too great was the wifi signal in the bedrooms but it was a plus to even have wifi. The locals were friendly but most of the ones we encountered didn't speak English. We got exactly what we wanted; a great place to get a real feel of life in Puerto Rico. The owner and property manager were very nice and provided a lot of helpful information about the area. We will definitely return to this house.

Had a great time
Talk with the owner everyday I was there. Great communicator about tour spots and restaurants in the area. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms toilets not filling up with water but it wasn't a big deal cause it started back working 40 minutes later. Other than that the place was a great stay.

Loved my beach house!!
This was our second visit to this beach house! We so love this home! The beach is right there! The beach house is wonderful!! Roof top party area, hot tub was great, Cisco is a great caretaker! He is so helpful in all ways. IN the back yard there are mango trees. We were so lucky to have fresh mangos everyday!! We are planning to come back next year. We stayed 4 days this time next time we come we will stay longer!! Very relaxing!!! The house is very roomy,4 bedrooms and 2 baths, air conditioning. Complete kitchen with everything you need!
