This condo was VERY nice and convenient! The property manager, Maritza, was the highlight of our trip. She was very responsive, informative, and johnny on the spot! The condo is located in a prime location...close to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Ubers were decently priced and the restaurants were all over the strip! My fiance and I loved the condo...no real complaints. I would only suggest that there be some sort of list for newcomers on what to bring! We made a lot of assumptions but there was no huge issue! Would come back again for sure!

Amazing room, balcony and view. I never wanted to leave!
What a fabulous place to stay! Building is centrally located to everything. The details everywhere astounded me. Our room had such comfortable beds and lovely linens. I highly recommend this place if you stay in Puerto Rico. This condo would have been even more amazing if it had music speakers and a beach cooler (but it was not a big deal!) We will definitely stay here again!

A five star stay!
When we decided we wanted to take a family vacation to Puerto Rico, I immediately fell in love with this cute condo! It has amazing views of both the ocean as well as the lagoon. It is centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Walking distance from the beach! Plus there is parking right under the building which was wonderful since we rented a car. The condo itself was perfect. It was cute, modern decoration, I loved it. It had everything we needed, including a kitchen, which was perfect because we could walk a few blocks to a convenient store and pick up food to cook if we didn't want to go out to eat.
From the beginning, Anthony was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions, plus having never booked through trip advisor, he made the process simple and easy! And the landlady, Maritza, she is such a wonderful woman! She immediately made sure we knew where everything was inside the condo, as well as what was around us. She made sure we were taken care of and that we were happy. Anthony couldn't have a better landlady!! :)
I highly recommend this property!! A++

Fabulous
We rented the apartment from Anthony who was really easy to deal with and made everything simple to do and understand. He has a fabulous property manager Maritza who lives in the same apartment building. She picked us up from the airport, took us to the grocery store and then took us back to the airport when we were ready to leave. She made it clear that if we needed anything to just let her know and was prompt in getting back to us without being intrusive.
The apartment truly does have the most wonderful views from every room. The lagoon is to the side and the ocean is to the front so you have the best of both worlds. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy both views at once. You can also hear the ocean waves crashing onto the shore below. The apartment itself is clean modern and very comfortable. The cable TV has a great selection of programs and there is a DVD player with movies also. Not that we spent much time inside. There is even a washer and dryer and lots of clean linens and towels for your use.
We walked along the length of Condado every day. Went to Starbucks, the casinos in the neighboring hotels and shopped in the local grocery stores for essentials. We also went kayaking on the lagoon and walked over to the beach to relax. Lovely soft sand but the waves are very strong on most of the shoreline so be careful, I don't recommend them for non swimmers or small children. There is an area at the end of Condado which is safe for swimming. We also caught the bus. If you go in one direction you can quickly reach the Convention Center and Old San Juan both of which are a must see and do. If you go in the other direction you can go into the city and from there change buses to get to Las Plaza Americas a huge mall also well worth a visit if you like that kind of thing. Bus fare is an incredible 75 cents each way.
We found everything about the apartment and the location perfect and would highly recommend it, along with the owner Anthony and his property manager Maritza. Our deposit was also refunded in full promptly upon our return home.

We are so glad you enjoyed yourself and were comfortable in the apartment. We try and think of everything a guest could possibly want to make their experience easy and fun. Deb and I continuously update the condo to keep it fresh and current. Some of the upgrades we did just after your trip were new paint and colors throughout the apartment, new solar blinds to enjoy the views without having to open and close them, new dining room set, pictures, linens and more. We feel it is important to keep everything as we would want it to be if we were the guest.

Gorgeous, comfortable and convenient
My husband and I needed a condo to stay in while visiting Puerto Rico. We had stayed at a different condo the year before and they were no longer renting it. We looked for vacation rentals and sure enough found this one. It looked beautiful and once we contacted the owner we knew it was going to be a great stay even before arriving. Anthony is a wonderful person to work with. He made the whole process so easy. We contacted Maritza who also lives in the building and will give you your keys and show you around the apartment upon your arrival. She will also pick you up at the airport which we had her do that for us. She was easy to find and so wonderful from the moment we met her. The condo is in a great location, right in the middle of Ashford Ave and close to many restaurants, casinos, and the beach. The condo itself is stunning, beautiful, comfortable and modern. The balcony is gorgeous as you get views of the lagoon and the beach all at once. The condo has all the conveniences of home and you truly feel as if you are at home. Upon our return our deposit was promptly refunded. We enjoyed our experience at Anthony's condo so much that we went back this year and stayed in his 2nd condo, which was equally wonderful. If you want a great location, a beautiful condo and the easiest, friendliest and nicest person to rent from then, you will be very happy with choosing this condo.

Condado Rental
My wife and I have been staying here for two years in a row, we love it so much it's our second home! Dealing with Anthony is refreshing and great! Maritza is so helpful. There is not enough good things I can say. It's central to everything the views are wonderful. My family and I have been going to PR the last 4 years and this is by far, leaps and bounds hands down the best.

About the neighbourhood
Condado is 'the' upscale beach neighborhood in Puerto Rico. There is a mix of condo buildings and large resort hotels located here. It is one of the main tourist areas in Puerto Rico. My condo is located on the narrowest part of Condado where the ocean is on one side of the building and the lagoon (bay) on the other. Most residents and vacationers regularly enjoy the beaches, water sports and just being outside in the warm tropical weather. There is almost always a breeze so you feel comfortable with temperatures that will quickly have you forget about the cold winters back in the states. Additionally, you have all the amenities found back home and are all within walking distance.
Getting around
Taxis, Uber and buses are readily available. However as the apartment is centrally located, walking is a great way to get around and see the island.
