The grounds are lush and well tended. There is a king-sized bed and master bath off the bedroom. There is a 1/2 bath just steps away. It has cable, 4g Wi-Fi hookups, cell phone and 2 flat-screened TVs. There is a large side-by-side stainless fridge, electric glass-topped stove, dish washer and washer/dryer in the kitchen. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance (a 15 min walk). The beach is 2 miles long with white sand and two friendly beach bars (Karakters and Mary's Boon). A coral reef is about 1/4 mille west and just off shore. Easy snorkeling in the calm clear water.

A gated community situated right on the ocean with breathtaking views and privacy. There is 12 hour on-premises security (6 pm-6 am) and 24 hour video surveillance. There is free parking around the 20-unit complex (Simpson Bay Condos). Shopping, markets, clubs and restaurants are a 15-20 min walk from the condo. The condo is on the Dutch side of the island and the electrical outlets are compatible with those in the US.
