About the neighbourhood
Situated on a private residential estate on the south side of Tortola with spectacular ocean views, Summer Heights is ideally located to explore the island of Tortola. The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and reached by a winding country road. A 4WD rental car is necessary to access both the property and to make the most of exploring Tortola. Summer Heights is very private. The deck and main living area is not overlooked. There is room for 3 rental cars to park outside the main entrance with room for a further car above the property on a private lane.
