In the Beach Level Suite, a third nursery/children's room has an extra twin bunk bed (2 twins)! The balcony is magnificently 50 foot long and it is covered! Our fresh water swimming pool is nestled in a beautiful garden setting for privacy. ON-ISLAND OWNERS: We owners visited Provo years ago and we knew we had to figure out a way to make this lovely island our home. We have lived here since 2005 and we simply love our location. REVIEWS! Our villas have garnered over 450 five star reviews! It is not hard to find them! IMPORTANT NOTE about COMMUNICATION: We respond quickly. Trip Advisor/FlipKey has had a few issues with communication. We occasionally do not receive a follow up email, even though we have responded to your first inquiry. We have reported the glitch. Hopefully, TripAdvisor will address it soon. In the meantime, please note that we ALWAYS respond quickly to every email. AIR CONDITIONING ESTIMATE: Guests are charged a rate which is based on our historic costs. During the last year, our conservative guests who used AC set the thermostat on 85 degrees when no one was present in the home and on 78-80 degrees for sleeping. They spent $150 per suite on average, with a range of $100 to $500 for a week. Only two guest groups spent on the high side. The majority of our guests did not use AC at all. Our home has a sub-meter which measures usage for AC specifically. Electricity on island is considerably more expensive than on the mainland. NOTE about CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday ONLY changeover days. NOTE about AGREEMENT: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of our own agreement and the payment. NOTE about CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time.
